Fantastic experience with a great crew and beautiful yacht. (It is a very nice boat.)
This is a fantastic river cruise. We had an amazing time with the great crew, beautiful yacht, and relaxed atmosphere. It was a small boat which is exactly what we wanted. Sean was a great host and answered questions as we asked them. He was knowledgeable and super nice. I cannot recommend this boat/crew enough.

Phenomenal sail
Phenomenal captain, beautiful boat, laid-back experience, no guided tour, which is refreshing but if you had questions you could ask the service was impeccable and they work very hard to make your experience amazing

The sunset sail in the Harbor is a glorious experience! I live in Battery Park City and have taken the cruise several times and it’s always wonderful!

Beautiful Sunset Cruise on Schooner Adirondack!
We love sailing with Classic Harbor Lines. We sail with them at least 4 times a year, usually on the Schooner Adirondack. It is such a wonderful way to see the city. The crew are always fantastic, and their ships are lovely. We will be back!

Lovely
Our sunset sail to Statute of Liberty was an excellent experience. Shout out to the crew, especially Marco, who made our experience xtra special with their kindness and attention.. The sailboat itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the views. A lovely sail to end to our NYC trip.

Simply amazing
This is one of our favorite things to do in the city during summer. We went for my birthday and the weather was beautiful and we had the best time. An exceptional crew that took care of us led by Yurij and will do it again thinking of taking my business team next!

Wow, what a great sail around lower Manhattan. Boat was is great shape, Crew was the best, friendly and competent. Highly recommend at least once in your life to do this trip. Well worth the time and money Thanks so much!

Do not book this cruise!
Terrible customer service at the ticket counter, caused us to miss our boat tour.

Jen, we are sorry that we were not able to provide you with the great experience that we hope all of our guests will have. However, the boat must depart as scheduled and cannot wait for late arrivals, which is why we ask our guests to arrive early to check in and also send reminders with these instructions. Our ticket booth crew did offer to reschedule you to the next trip and also provided a courtesy credit towards a future cruise when the reschedule option was declined. We are not aware of any way that our staff could have caused you to arrive late and miss the cruise, but please contact us at feedback@sail-nyc.com if there are any details we are missing or so that we can address any further concerns you may have.
