We had an amazing experience in Cozumel, and a big part of that was thanks to Sergio. From the moment we met him, he made us feel like we were spending the day with a longtime friend. He was friendly, easygoing, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. We were running a little late, and Sergio was incredibly understanding. He reassured us that as long as we weren’t in a rush, he would make sure we received the full tour time we had paid for. That level of customer service immediately put us at ease. Throughout the day, he took great care of us and even watched over our belongings while we were snorkeling so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. He also shared fascinating information about Cozumel’s history, culture, and Mayan beliefs, which made the tour much more meaningful. Sergio’s local knowledge and pride in his island truly shine through. He is the kind of guide who makes a good tour unforgettable and the kind of person who makes a business successful. If you’re lucky enough to get Sergio as your guide, you’re in for an incredible experience. Highly recommended
First trip to Cozumel during a carnival cruise. We had a large group of 11 family and friends ( aged 19 to 75 ) and many thought this was the best excursion we did. Our guide Katy was awesome and really made the trip personalized for us. We got to see San Gervacio ruins, airplanes, tropical fish snorkeling , had an excellent lunch and drove around the whole city in some really cute, open air covered buggies that you entered Dukes of Hazard style. Felt organized and safe from start to finish and had an absolute blast… Would definitely do again!
Fernando was extremely accommodating, friendly, and patient. He took us to many great local spots, even helped take photos as well as checking to make sure we were happy (very attentive to our needs). We had an amazing time and would recommend!

Katy did great. This is my second island tour and it was the best. She timed everything perfectly. She helped us so much with time management. She helped return our snorkel gear. Explained the island. Before the tour Kevin was exceptional at helping us get together. We messaged through WhatsApp. Perfect communication throughout. Loved the tour.
Sergio our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our experience so much fun. The food and shots were amazing at the restaurant The Money Bar that was right on the beach. The Money Bar was very clean and our server Mirna was wonderful. We didn’t go snorkeling because we ran out of time. One thing that was a problem was getting in and out of the buggy because one person in our party has a bad knee and it was too hard the car in not equipped for handicap. But Sergio was very patient and helpful. Overall we all highly recommend this excursion especially with Sergio as your guide.
An excellent experience, especially because of the wonderful guide we had, Tania, who is approachable and instills confidence from the very first moment; she is patient and the best guide I have ever met. I loved the color of the car we were given (pink), but it did not have a way to listen to music, the turn signals did not work, and the side mirrors could not hold until we secured them with paper.
We had a ball with Sergio. No matter how many times you've been to Cozumel you will see and learn new things. He was born and raised in the island and knows everyone and everything!

Also it was just me and my bf so nice that we didn’t have to worry about a large group and were able to stop and go at stops without waiting for others. We visited a tequila tasting, where we learned so much, and Fernando took us to some fantastic photo spots especially in front of the iconic Cozumel sign. A highlight was definitely the ride, good food, perfect atmosphere, and just pure relaxation. If you’re in Cozumel, definitely ask for Fernando he made our day unforgettable!
