Do not book any hot air balloon trips with this agency!!! They cancel the day before and don't give any explanation. My money was refunded a few days later thank God however they are terrible.. Rather pay a little more and book with a more reliable company. TERRIBLE!!!

I had the worst experience that I hope no one has to go through... The #enkatravel agency was the worst... Due to the weather the balloon could not be made and the agency moved it to Ihlara which is 85km, more than 1 hour from Capadoccia and is a canyon What people told us is not worth it, we paid €250 per person, I was traveling with older adults and the transfer was very difficult, they did not return any of the money to us because in their closure it indicates that there is no refund if the balloon cannot be made If not, it is moved to another location, what it does not say is that it is so far away and that it is not worth it because it is a closed canyon, the price is not the same. On the tours ALL the people told us that they DID get their money back, of course none of them were with Enka Travel. Don't put your money at risk, most agencies do return your money and indicate it in their clause. — me siento decepcionada.

An experience I wouldn't forgive myself for missing. Flying in absolute silence among a sea of balloons and watching the sunrise from the air make it irreplaceable. Not cheap, but well worth it

We purchased a small group hot air balloon trip which said had a maximum of 16 people. Had spent lots of time choosing what we thought was the right trip but sadly not. When it came to the trip it actually was a 28 people hot air balloon. This was booked through getyourguide , kaya balloons with enkatravel. Personally not impressed by this at all. Definitely felt like our once in a lifetime trip was ruined. Would not recommend.

The activity is expensive, yet very safe, because we have a very exciting pilot who explained everything quite in detail. The activity is very well organized and allowed us to enjoy a day that we will not forget. The photos we took are the most beautiful ones we have captured to date.

BALLOON 🙂 TIPS: I bought in Brazil a tour of the classic capadocia along with the balloon ride. Tip 1: If you leave to close the tour in Capadocia you run the risk of able to fly, as my time was short 3 days I chose not to risk. Tip 2: Always mark the balloon flight for the first morning, pq? The balloons depend on the weather conditions to fly and eventually the balloons are not allowed to climb by (problem with the wind or weather issue), so if the weather does not help, only the other day you will have a chance to fly, this if the weather conditions are in your favor. So forget to schedule the first morning to take the risk of going to Capadocia and not flying. About the balloon ride: All Enterprises pick up the passengers in their hotels and can vary the time depending on the company that makes the tour in my case was at 4:30 in the morning, I arrived at a meeting point where I had a breakfast before flying. After the coffee they take you to the place where the balloon will be inflated. The balloon flight is very quiet you barely notice that it has already come off the ground. The duration of my tour was 1 hour, but there are options with more time only that are more expensive. The flight was super quiet on a beautiful day of blue sky. The peak of the flight is the sunrise, the view is amazing!!! When on firm soil we make a toast with champagne to provide the success of the flight, detail that you still earn a certificate. It was exciting to dream, plan and live this moment.

The balloon flight at cappadocia is the most mesmerizing enchanting experience you have had as a family I wish I could just stay there and enjoy. In my list of things it's a must must must do.
