Scam Operator
SCAM, transfer never arrived suggest booking an uber as that’s what you’ll end up doing anyways for 25% of the price

Your airport pickup was successfully provided as agreed upon upon arrival. Regarding your departure transfer, we received multiple conflicting dates and times. The reservation on Viator showed one departure date, while a different date was later sent via WhatsApp, and ultimately the actual departure occurred on another day entirely. Despite the confusion and the scheduling inconsistency, we still processed your refund request in good faith and did not deny it. For this reason, we believe describing our service as a “scam” is unfair and does not accurately reflect the communication history or the efforts made to assist you throughout your booking. We always strive to provide reliable service and transparent communication to all our guests, and we encourage travelers to review all reservation details carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

Terrible. Driver never showed up. Service manager never answered messages. Terrible just terrible service. Please don't book them.

We are sorry, something is going wrong with the viator system that we are not receiving the new in coming reservations, either the internal messages that the customer are sending to us. We are now trying to fix this with viator.

I booked for the same day...
I booked for the same day and they still came and made sure I got to my hotel safely. I was in the customs line for two hours and they still waited for me. 10/10 recommend! $20 is a beautiful price there are people at the hotel charging $65 for transportation… Dont look any further!

Transfers to and from Airport
Our transports to and from the airport was easy to set up and we received multiple text on how to find our driver. Everything was seamless. Our driver was Carlos Morales, and I would recommend this service just based off Carlos. First of all…I have traveled the world, and Carlos is by far one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met in my life. He is willing to share his knowledge of Carretera and his up bringing while getting you safely to your destination. I will definitely use this service again and will be requesting Carlos. His kind spirit is truly uplifting.

Not what I expected!
This is not round trip transfer! When I asked for my pick up time for departure they advised the service was only one way! I didn't want to ruin my vacation and I just booked another hotel-airport transfer cheaper and actually better service!

AGAIN. We have a cheaper option for those that only need one transfer from airport to the hotel. and is clearly explained and easy to identify because says ONE WAY TRANSFER. Even when the title of this service says round trip, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE A CHEAPER OPTION FOR ONLY ONE WAY TRANSFER. if you want to take the round trip option there are 2 options for it: Round trip for 1 to 3 people and Round trip for 4 to 15 people. Please read before booking
