It was very simple, everything worked well, and it was a lot of fun; you see a great deal, and with more time and breaks, you could probably explore even more intensively (we breezed through it in 2 1/2 hours).

Varied sightseeing for families
Our children thought the puzzles were great, and so the boring city tour was a bit more interesting and varied for them. Would love to do it again.

A walk through Bratislava
The self-guided tour through games and quizzes had been a fun way to explore the city. It took us a couple of hours to finish all the games at our own pace and enrich our knowledge of Bratislava history and monuments. The price was adeguate for the experience.
I'd recommed it to my friends and family if they'll have the chance to do it.

Great value for money
Absolutely fine for the price. However, one could get much more out of the idea.

Terrible, frustrating experience. Not worth it at any price.
The app is extremely hard to use.
First of all. I did not learn when I booked this experience how to download the tour on my iPhone. It wasn't until I found a way to chat with the operator that they sent instructions. The app was quite slow, hard to navigate, and used Google maps which are way too detailed for this kind of activity. Apple Maps would've been so much better.
I'm not entirely sure how so many people rated this activity is highly as they did because it was the worst experience on many levels. And I'm a very experienced world traveler.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry the experience in Bratislava was frustrating. We're sorry the download process wasn't clear from the start — our team did provide the instructions once you reached out, but it shouldn't have required that effort, and we're working on making the setup clearer at booking. We appreciate your notes on the app speed and the map integration and have shared them with our development team. We're sorry we fell short for an experienced traveler like yourself, and we'd genuinely like to make it right — please reach out at worldcitytrail.com/chat with your booking number. 🗺️
