Roman was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Our small group of 9 walked with him around the town and cathedral and castle of Bratislava. Roman gave very interesting snippets of history, local customs, current political, social and economic situation in Slovakia. He pointed out lots of small details that could easily be overlooked. A most enjoyable 2 hours. It helped that the weather was perfect!
Our train was late, so we had to meet up with the group in process. The company was helpful getting us connected with Martina. Her love and knowledge of her city was amazing and infectious! We loved that in addition to the history of the city, that she gave us some personal stories and connections. We wished we had more time in Bratislava to do another tour, but can attribute most of what we do know to what we learned from her. Thank you! :-)
Bratislava is such a wonderful place to visit. We took the train from Vienna, and it was incredibly easy to navigate. Thirty minute walk to the meeting spot. Our guide Roman (sp) was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and funny, as well. We felt as if we had a nice history lesson as well as tour of the city. We just walked around the castle grounds at the end of the tour instead of going inside. The food recommendations were great!
Pavol was an excellent host. We learned so much about the city through his experiences growing up here. The history and changes over the last 100 years were fascinating to learn about. This tour really hit the hot spots and must-see sights. Great tour if you’re spending a day or two in the city.

Very informative as well as entertaining. Romano speaks almost like a native English speaker and when asked "off script" questions always comes out with a complete and comprehensive answer.
Tour guide Martina gave a wonderful 2 hour roam over the Old city as she explained the town's long history with insight, knowledge and humour. It was a great experience for me, someone who didn't know much about Bratislava before. 10/10
Our guide, Mili, was excellent. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining. She moved along at a good pace and was very engaging.
It’s supposed to be a free tour but the guide makes you aware at the start that €20 per person is expected as a tip! However, our guide was well worth the price, he was knowledgeable, fluent in English and I was able to hear every word.
Martina was a fantastic guide. Informative, witty, and you can tell she enjoys giving the tours.
