Our tour guide Afshin was great, very professional, humorous at times, and knowledgeable. The tour delivered on everything that it advertised. Although it was not a problem for us, the only issue could be that it started later than the post time and ended way later Afshin said it was mostly a problem with the crowds that day and lines. Was not a problem for us because we had nothing else scheduled, but if we would have it would’ve been a potential issue. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Excellent tour, well worth the money!

The guide was extremely helpful and full of information. The tour lasted longer than the 4.5 hours. We are so pleased with everything we did.

The tour was great. Very fun and our guide Ashin was the best! He gave us a wonderful tour and lots of information.

A city tour was not listed under the tour offer, and the promotional visit to a maple syrup shop with souvenirs, where we had to spend 30 minutes, was not either! The sequence of the subsequent sightseeing points was unfortunate: first boat tour with wet shoes and pants (unavoidable), then behind the falls, and finally at the Skylon Tower. The other way around would have been smarter. Pickup, organization, and trip worked well. Great guide.

When we signed up for this tour it was listed as four hours with the same stops listed here. The tour was listed as going from 9 am to 1 pm. We were given a pickup time of 9 am. Here is how our tour went 1. We were picked up at 9:20 am. Twenty minutes late. 2. The bus was extremely small and uncomfortable and not suitable for a four hour experience. People were literally packed together in 4 person rows. Tall people did not fit in the seats nor did larger passengers. As the last to board, I ended up sitting over a wheel well with no clear place to put my feet. This ended up being quite uncomfortable 3. After pickup, we immediately headed away from the Niagara Falls area to a “maple syrup tasting” not on the itinerary. We returned to the Niagara Falls area at 11 am. We were two hours into our tour time and had seen none of the promised stops. 4. We then saw the Behind the Falls attraction which was excellent and where went in on a priority line. We then took the Niagara Falls Boat Tour which was as advertised in terms of where the boat went. However, we did not have priority tickets which meant we were the last to board the boat and did not have good views from the boat. 5. We were never offered the opportunity to do the Niagara Rail Line for which we were supposed to have a ticket. 6. We completed the Boat Tour and were back at our bus at 12:45., 15 minutes before the Tour was going to end. We needed to check out of our hotel at 1:30 (very reasonable for a tour ending at 1 pm) and start on a long drive. So we obviously did not have time to see the Skylon. Luckily the Skylon was very near our hotel and the driver was able to drop us at our hotel before going to the Skylon. We were dropped off at 1 pm which was good. 6. When we were dropped off, we had seen only two of the four promised attractions but had taken a very long and unauthorized ride to a retailer with which the tour operator clearly had a relationship (because they gave us discount coupons for the retailer). This tour wasted our time and money by providing half the promised experience and a long drive during which we could not see the Falls at all. All but 4 passengers on this tour (ourselves and two others) were coming from Toronto on a much longer (6-7 hour) tour of the Falls area. It appears that the tour operator tried to combine two different tours to our detriment. This was quite confusing all during the tour because the driver regularly gave different directions to the Toronto passengers than to us and it was sometimes unclear where we needed to go. The Toronto passengers seemed quite aware of the maple syrup stop but the four of us who started the tour at Niagara Falls were quite surprised because it never appeared on our itinerary. I would urge anyone reading this review to avoid the tour operator (BG Tours) at all costs. We certainly will

It was one of the best trips I have taken. Our guide was so knowledgeable and funny! He was so helpful and caring to my sister, who was not as fast as the other travelers.

Fantastic tour Superb driver who also was the tour guide- he was very professional with full knowledge of the area and attractions and was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful.

Our guide Afsheen was excellent. A wealth of knowledge. Also, great sense of humor. My daughter in law and I did this event on our first day here. Set the tone for the rest of the time in Niagara Falls. We knew a bit more about where we wanted to go.

This experience was so worth it. We got to see and do a little of everything and not worry about how or when we get it done. You’re with your driver the whole time so I was able to leave my things on the bus and not worry about it. He told us things about the falls and each location he took us too. It was so wonderful.
