広島護国神社を訪れると、まず最初にその優美な建築と静かな環境を探索します。この神社はもともと広島藩の守護神を祀るために建てられましたが、現在では歴史的事件の犠牲者を慰め、追悼する場所としても機能しています。
広島城は鯉城としても知られ、日本の広島にある歴史的建造物です。1590年代に建てられ、広島藩の大名の居城として使われていました。1945年に原爆で破壊されるまで、この城は重要な軍事・行政の中心地でした。その後再建され、現在は広島の歴史、日本の封建建築、江戸時代の武家文化を知ることができる博物館となっています。堀と緑豊かな庭園に囲まれた城の敷地は、美しい散歩道と、周囲の近代的な街から離れた静かな隠れ家となっています。
広島グリーンアリーナは、正式には広島県立総合体育センターとして知られ、日本の広島にある多目的屋内スポーツアリーナです。バスケットボールやバレーボールの試合、格闘技の競技など、さまざまなスポーツイベントによく使用されます。また、コンサート、展示会、文化祭など、さまざまなイベントも開催されており、市内の多目的会場となっています。
おりづるタワーは、広島平和記念公園のすぐ隣に位置し、広島の街並みにモダンで革新的な要素を添えています。2016 年にオープンしたこの 13 階建てのビルは、その独特な建築様式と、平和公園やユネスコ世界遺産の 1 つである原爆ドームなど、周囲の街のパノラマビューで知られています。
広島の原爆ドームは、もともと広島県産業奨励館として建てられたもので、核兵器の破壊力を厳粛に思い起こさせる建物です。爆心地近くに位置し、1945 年 8 月 6 日の原爆投下後も残された数少ない建造物のひとつです。むき出しの鉄骨と崩れた壁が残るこの不気味な廃墟は、平和記念碑およびユネスコ世界遺産として保存されています。世界平和と核兵器廃絶への希望を象徴し、世界中の訪問者にとって感動的な教育と瞑想の場となっています。
広島平和記念公園内にある「原爆の子の像」は、佐々木禎子さんと広島原爆の犠牲となった何千人もの子供たちを追悼するものです。放射線被曝により白血病を患い、平和と癒しの象徴として折り鶴を折った禎子さんにインスピレーションを得て、この像には金色の折り鶴を頭上に掲げた禎子さんの像が置かれています。像の周囲には世界中の子供たちから送られた何千もの色とりどりの折り鶴が置かれ、平和と核兵器廃絶への普遍的な願いを象徴しています。
広島平和記念公園は、1945 年 8 月 6 日に広島に投下された原爆の犠牲者を追悼する感動的な場所です。広島の中心部、爆心地の近くに位置するこの公園には、広島平和記念資料館、原爆ドーム、原爆の子の像など、いくつかの重要な記念碑、記念館、博物館があります。 公園自体は、豊かな緑、静かな水辺、広い歩道を備え、反省と平和を促進するように設計されています。核戦争の悲惨な結果を思い出させ、世界平和への継続的な取り組みの象徴となっています。毎年、世界中から何千人もの訪問者が公園を訪れ、1945 年の出来事と平和の重要性について学び、思い出し、考えます。

Very informative and educational tour. Our guide was excellent and gave a friendly and concise overview of the history of the war and why Hiroshima was chosen as the location of the first use of an atomic bomb. He treated a sensitive subject with great respect.
Today we did the Hiroshima walking tour with Thomas and I couldn’t recommend it enough. He was a brilliant guide - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He explained the history of such an important and difficult topic in such an interesting and respectful way, giving us all a deeper understanding of the lasting impact of the atom bomb on the both the city and people living around it. A wonderful tour. Fantastic insight into the history of Hiroshima but also local life and culture today. Our tour guide was excellent and very engaging. This was the highlight of our visit to Hiroshima.
Easily the best tour I’ve been on in Japan. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and conveyed the tragic details of the events leading up to and following the bombing. We saw so much of the area and learned a great deal about the sites from our guide. I can’t recommend this tour enough, it provides so much important context and framing for the events that happened here.
Really interesting tour, felt like I actually got to appreciate the spirit of the city and how it has been so carefully designed. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and you could tell he had a historical background/ teaching background
Excellent tour, our guide Thomas was wonderful - really engaging with some lovely personal touches. It was super hot and he made sure we had breaks and a chance to re hydrate throughout. Both adults and teenage kids enjoyed. Felt we understood a lot about what happened and the aftermath.
One of the best tours we have ever had. Our tour guide Katia was engaging ,knowledgeable and managed to get the whole group talking to eachother. The 2 1/2 hours in 37 degree heat just shot by and we all learned a lot! Highly recommended
Thomas our Guide was absolutely wonderful! He was knowledgeable and handled a difficult and delicate subject with knowledge and pragmatic information. The negative was that there were 19 (nineteen) people in the group - far too many to be manageable and very often people were left behind. Thomas was brilliant, trying to keep everyone involved however with a group of 19 people it was both impossible and not good for others in the group!
We had Emi as our guide and she was amazing. So enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Was such a good learning. Both my kids (14 and 11) were engrossed too!! Thank you so much Emi 💛
