Pick up was moved unexpected the evening before 30-60 min earlier. Car itself is simple with tentative comfy setup. Unfortunately you cannot use the footrest and hardly move the back potion. Car in general was out dated. Seem much nicer/better cars on the stops. Safe drive, 2 pitstop (each 20 min) and WLAN was working. Arrived in time at Hanoi Airport. Driver was not in a good mood, bossing everyone in the car around.

Easy to book, great communication, on time and good safe drivers. Definitely recommend Amazing Uncles! The private return transfer we booked for our family was perfect.

Mr Anh was very careful and caring toward his clients, I forgot my AirPods on the Limousine and he was caring enough to personally bring it to me. He didn't have to but I was so touched that he did. My friend also used his service and while he did forget to mention the 27kg luggage limit he was kind enough to assign for them another bus that does accomodate the excess luggage. Overall an amazing experience, would use again when I come here next time.

The second wonderful trip to Sapa was right in the ripe rice season. Our trip was smooth from booking the private van to the end. There are 2 small notes: 1-According to Mr.Viet Anh - this company booking official staff, this van company has about 20 cars but not all of them are the same class and will be randomly arranged: 2 vans are the highest class, and the other ones are the smaller class. Indeed, on the first day, I was able to use a bigger van. As for the return trip, it was a bit smaller car, although it was still 9 seats. However we understand it, a premium car is always more expensive but we have experienced it for the same price. That's great and we didn't ask for anything because originally we only needed a 9-seat car and a good driver. 2-The second point of note is to remember to prepare 3000 VND at the rest station to go to the toilet, and do not take pictures with the ethnic people when they called ^_^ because you will have to buy an item for them even with a small amount of money. (I don't know if this happens to all local people, this is not a stigma but a recount of what I have encountered, you can follow your own feelings because there are bad people, but there are still good people.)

Traveling to the mountains for the first time, the most scary thing for a car sick person like me is driving around on the mountain road and swinging in a hammock on the Hanoi Lao Cai highway. But that's not the case with Amazing Uncles at all. Safety and very careful driving. Just note that there will be a walking street on weekends, so you should not book a hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake because the 9-seat van cannot enter near the hotel, of course you will have to walk to the pick up point. If this is not a problem for you, just book a hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake. Will definitely recommend my friends.

The air con was spoiled and we are sweating all the way to sapa. Appreciate if the company could check the car condition before moving off

Probably the best vehicle you can take for Hanoi-Sapa. It was a spacious, comfortable luxurious!!!!!

We used Amazing Uncles' private limousine for our party of 5 - with a pick up from Hanoi Airport to Sapa, and then back to Hanoi city a few days later. The communications were superb. We were immediately contacted to confirm our booking upon payment, when we arrived at the airport, and along the way. This gave us assurance that things were in order. Pick up was on time at the specified pick up spot, and drop off at the correct location had no issues. The ride was clean and comfortable, with plush seats, and a big enough minivan to fit the 5 of us and our large suitcases. A/C worked well, and the driver provided us a small refreshment of water and a bun. There was also USB ports in every seat. However, as our mobile providers lost the network on the journey to/fro Sapa, the wifis on the van did not work. Not a problem as we took the time to rest. Overall, we liked the proactive communications and the ease of booking. If you are looking for transportation from Hanoi to Sapa, look no further and go ahead with Amazing Uncles!
