Great day out. Very enjoyable. Nelson was friendly and knowledgeable. The winery experience and the Douro valley were fantastic. Such a lovely day.

Our guide Ricardo was excellent! Without him I would have rated this 2 stars. The winery is simply ok since if you’ve visited vineyards before there isn’t much soul about. The lookout and lunch spots were excellent. It’s a long drive with winding roads but Duro Valley is beautiful and worth the trek!

The tour was super nice! Ricardo was amazing, he was so nice to us and gave us the best experience. Ask for him if you can!

Wonderful half-day experience with Alix in the Douro Valley. He was knowledgeable and fun and we got to see a lot of of the area. The winery tour and the lunch we both fantastic and I highly recommend this half-day experience if you want to understand more about this wine producing region. Worth every penny!

The tour was efficiently run and provided wonderful vistas to see. The visit to the Croft Port Winery was terrific with an enjoyable tasting of Port. The luncheon that was provided in Pinhão was so tasty and varied. A great day.

Very worthwhile tour that stills leave you the late afternoon and evening for more sightseeing, or relaxing time . We went to a Fado event and dinner that evening. Small group (8) definitely the way to go. Met new people over a nice lunch after winery tour which was wonderful. Overall a great day out seeing the Duoro valley.

It was a great trip. The half day is great because you’re back by 3pm. We got to see the fantastic winery, learn a lot of information from Chris and try the wine. Great information provided by our driver Chris and the wine expert Juliana. Veg food provided on request too.

Our journey to the Duoro Valley was wonderful! Ricardo was a charming guide and offered lots of information about the valley and even advice regarding the rest of our trip through Portugal. The Croft tour was really interesting the the vineyard was beautiful. We had an authentic lunch and whizzed to the top of the mountain to take in the panorama! We would highly recommend this tour!
