Great trip to see the famous Wats in the Chiang Rai area. Peter was a great driver and guide and we had a great day exploring many amazing temples. Peter taught me a lot about the history of the Wats as well. Highly recommend this day trip from Chiang Mai. Khob Khun krub!

We saw a lot in a single, very long day. Got picked up in Chiang Mai at 7 am, drove to see hot springs, long neck tribe, white temple (which was simply incredible), had a very authentic local lunch, then drove through Chiang Rai to the golden triangle and got a boat ride on the Mekong River to see Myanmar (Burma) and Laos shorelines. Could not step foot onto the shores as we did not have our passports. Visited opium museum and had a nice local dinner. Then drove 4 hours back to Chiang Mai, arriving at our hotel after midnight. Our driver/tour guide Nop was terrific! Lots of driving, but definitely recommend!

Nop was amazing! He customized our itinerary and took such good care of us. Cracking jokes and explaining stories and history in such an entertaining way, my kids fell in love with him. Very comfortable van and he brought us pumpkin treats that his wife made for us. We packed a lot into our tour but we never felt rushed. And the rustic local restaurants he brought us to had the best food! Oh, and the blue ice cream at the Blue Temple? Delicious! We will definitely hire Nop (pronounced Nope) directly for any/all tours when we come back to Thailand!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Peter was the best guide. He took us around all day and showed us all the beautiful temples and beautiful sights!! He was so very nice and helpful. I traveled with my elderly mom and he made sure that she feels comfortable and keep up with the pace. I would highly recommend Peter for this tour! Peter made our day and experience was absolutely wonderful!! Every place we visited was just amazing!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Nop was absolutely amazing!!! If you have a free day, I would definitely recommend taking this trip. The views ands sites were incredible. Nop was so helpful and kind too! We loved it!

This trip was so great. Our driver, Peter, was so kind. He explained the temples, knew the best place to stand for photos and was always willing to take our picture. We did the Karon village, hot springs, White Temple, Blue Temple, Golden Triangle and took a boat to Laos, very long day but Peter made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see. He even knew the best spot for coconut ice cream!

Peter, our guide and driver was very knowledgeable regarding everything Thai! Was very interested to learn about religion, government, flora and fauna! Highly recommend.
