The best experience in Chiangmai. I accidentally found this activity, it turned out to be amazing and fabulous! Great Thanks to our tour guide Pim , she is very considerate , passionate, and kind ! Helped us with taking many good photos, and answered questions patiently. I highly recommend Pim .

Waterfall is fun and amazing, the water is cool and refreshing. Elephant experience are nice and that you can actually be close to the elephant. For a 1 day trip, the combination is good and worth for the try. Paul is helpful and friendly, driver Kaew is nice as well

Amazing trip to see elephants. Lots of interaction time with them. Feeding them, playing in river, walking them. Sticky waterfall also fun to climb. Nathan was a great guide.

Awesome awesome awesome! Seeing, feeding, and petting the elephants was a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget! They were treated so well and humanely; it was a joy to see. Plus riding the bamboo raft multiple times back and forth across the river, and doing the Sticky Falls was so cool! I was scared to climb them at the start, but it wasn’t too hard once I got going. Also, Nathan was a very friendly and funny guide. I highly recommend him! He made pickup and drop off super easy, and was very clear on the plans for the day. He also took lots of pictures of us with our own phones and with his phone, which he sent us at the end of the trip. If you get the chance to do this tour, I highly recommend it!!!!!

Nathan was an amazing guide. He really knew The New Elephant Home. I strongly recommend the tour and Nathan especially.

This was one of the best day of my life and I have had many. Paul our tour guide and our Driver Sak were amazing. We were picked up on time and we got to experience elephants up close and personally it was magical. Paul was helpful and very kind he took pictures, helped me up the sticky river, and made sure I crossed the river when we followed the elephants to the other side of the park. This tour is more than worth the money and will be the highlight of your trip.

We had a great experience here. Everything was well organized, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was enjoyable and relaxing. We had a really nice time and would recommend it to other travelers.

We had a nice guide. Pim stayed with us all day and took photos during the activities. She came to pick us up at our accommodation and also picked us up from there. The elephants were well cared for.
