Excellent experience! Everything was very well organized from the beginning. The visit to the pyramids was incredible, a truly impressive place that is totally worth seeing. The guide was very kind, attentive and explained everything to us with great clarity, making the experience even better. We felt very comfortable throughout the tour and they were attentive to us at all times.

Thank you so much for your heartfelt review! ❤️ We’re truly delighted that you had such a wonderful time in Egypt. It means a lot to hear that you felt the warmth and hospitality of the Egyptian people and enjoyed the country’s incredible history and culture. Your kind words and recommendation are greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure in the future. 🇪🇬✨
We have been waiting for 3 hours at the hotel promising that we will be picked up... even the hotel called them... they inform us after 3 hours waiting and 15 calls without being able to reach them that we would have asked for the cancellation of the excursion in the morning??? I would love to be shown proof. To flee, they are liars and thieves... in an organized timing, they ruined our visit to Cairo, we could not make the pyramids.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait and feel that your plans were affected, especially when visiting Cairo for a limited time. However, after carefully reviewing our system and communication records, we did receive a cancellation request under your booking for that morning. We fully understand your concern and would be more than happy to provide clarification and review all communication details with you directly. We always aim to maintain clear and timely communication with our guests, and situations like this are taken very seriously. We are currently reviewing this case internally to ensure there was no misunderstanding and to prevent any similar issues in the future. Please contact us directly so we can investigate this further and assist you accordingly.
I booked the tour with the agency but the never showed up! In the morning of the trip, I sent several messages through Viator application and by email but they never bother to answer. They let me waiting at the hotel lobby and almost lost the day doing nothing.... I contacted the support of Viator and they were very helpfull saving my day arranging the trip with another agency. To avoid absolutely!!
Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, especially for a private tour. We take punctuality and communication very seriously. After reviewing our system, it appears there may have been a miscommunication regarding the pickup or booking details. However, we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait at your hotel without receiving timely updates. We are currently investigating this matter internally to understand exactly what happened and to ensure it does not occur again. Situations like this are extremely rare and do not reflect our usual standards. We also appreciate that you were able to continue your day with the assistance of Viator, and we sincerely regret that we were not able to deliver the experience you expected. Please contact us directly with your booking reference so we can review your case in detail and assist you further. Best regards,
Our guide, Tifa was wonderful. A great conossieur of Egyptology told us a lot of information about the Egyptian civilization and took us to the best area for lovely pictures.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful experience with Tifa. Her passion for Egyptology and making each tour special truly shines through. We’re so glad you enjoyed learning about ancient Egyptian civilization and captured beautiful memories along the way. We’d love to welcome you back for another adventure in Egypt!
I would never have had the tremendous experience of Giza pyramids without Aly Elsheemy. Walk near by the pyramids and can talk on any subject, from Egypt’s ancient empire to current events and recommendations (i.e. natural oils) with him. Aly Elsheemy is friendly, easy going and is very knowledgeable about Giza pyramids and ancient world. He pointed out details which were very subtle. He went out of his way to tailor the tour to my interests. I would not pass up the opportunity to tour with Aly. Aly Elsheemy is the best tour guide, my experience with him was as great as the great pyramid of Giza.
Thank you so much for this incredible review! 🌟 We are truly happy to hear that your experience at the Giza Pyramids was so memorable with Aly Elsheemy. Aly is deeply passionate about Egypt’s history and culture, and it means so much to know that his knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made such a strong impression on your visit. Being able to share conversations ranging from ancient Egypt to modern-day life is exactly the kind of authentic experience we hope every traveler enjoys. We especially love your words comparing your experience with Aly to the greatness of the Great Pyramid itself — that is truly unforgettable feedback! 🇪🇬✨ Thank you again for choosing us
Although my experience of Luxor was more phenomenal than Cairo (Pyramids of Giza), I still thoroughly enjoyed my tour. Eman was a fantastic tour guide and her Ancient Egyptian knowledge was great. Overall I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend visiting the Pyramids of Giza if you're interested in ancient architecture and ancient timelines. 9/10
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! 🌟 We’re truly happy to hear that you had such an amazing experience exploring the Pyramids of Giza and learning more about Ancient Egypt. Luxor is certainly extraordinary, so we completely understand your comparison — but we’re delighted that Cairo still left such a strong impression on you! Eman will be very happy to know that her knowledge and passion for Ancient Egyptian history helped make your tour memorable and enjoyable. The Pyramids of Giza are truly one of the world’s greatest wonders, especially for anyone fascinated by ancient architecture and historical timelines, and we’re glad you had the opportunity to experience them firsthand. Thank you again for choosing us

Booked this tour through booking.com and couldn’t be happier with the experience my brother and I had. Our tour guide Nour and driver Saad were fantastic, they both had great knowledge of the areas we visited and were able to answer question about absolutely everything too. Nour was friendly, informative and made the whole experience extra fun. We managed to hit every historical site we wanted to all in one day. Great tour with an excellent tour guide, thank you Nour and Saad!
