What an absolutely incredible experience! We had the pleasure of touring with Sabry from Egypt Tailor Made, and I cannot recommend him and the entire team highly enough. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully arranged and flawlessly executed. Our family enjoyed an unforgettable tour of Saqqara and the Giza Plateau, with Sabry bringing the fascinating history of ancient Egypt to life through his extensive knowledge, engaging storytelling, and wonderful personality. The team handled absolutely everything. A private vehicle picked us up directly from our hotel, all entrance tickets were purchased in advance, and every stop was seamlessly coordinated. They even secured us a reservation at Khufu’s Restaurant on the Giza Plateau, which was a fantastic addition to an already amazing day. What really set this experience apart were the special touches. They arranged for a professional photographer to capture beautiful family memories, negotiated camel rides for our children at the Giza Plateau, and even secured access to some lesser-known sites in Saqqara that we otherwise would have missed. These experiences made the day feel especially unique and memorable. Sabry himself was exceptional. His knowledge goes well beyond the individual sites we visited. He has an incredible understanding of Egyptian history and culture as a whole and was able to share it in a way that was both fascinating and engaging for our entire family. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history of his country. As an added bonus, he is also an amazing photographer! Between Sabry and the professional photographer, we came away with some truly incredible family photos that we will treasure for years to come. It’s rare to find a guide and a company that combine such outstanding service, attention to detail, historical expertise, and genuine hospitality. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Egypt, I wholeheartedly recommend Egypt Tailor Made, and I would specifically request Sabry as your guide. He made an already extraordinary destination even more memorable for our entire family. Thank you, Sabry and the entire Egypt Tailor Made team, for an amazing experience and memories that will last a lifetime! The program went nearly eight hours, including our lunch. A good value since it included all the admission fees, but price is obviously negotiable because they tailored the experience to fit what we wanted to do as opposed to just having a set program. Further more, the team set up additional transfers from my other locations, so it’s a one-stop shop for your travel needs within Egypt.

Flawless from start to finish! Everything from the airport pickup to our visits and explorations at the pyramids, tombs, and GEM was wonderfully organized. Our guide, Heba, went far beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke perfect, fluent English. Our favorite highlights were the noble tombs at Saqqara, the Bent Pyramid, and the unbelievable Serapeum. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I booked this tour for the day of our arrival in Cairo before a guided group tour through Egypt that started the following day. We had great communications with Egypt Tailor Made tours from start to finish. They had a representative meet us as we got off the plane and assisted us with getting our visa and walking us through immigration. He then ensured we met our private driver for the tour. This really made things very easy for us. Our driver picked up our guide, Heba, along the way. We were at The Great Pyramids of Gizq right as they opened up. Awesome timing!!! We can't say enough great things about our guide Heba. She is a fountain of information and seems to know how to read her clients and give the perfect amount of information. We learned so much!! She took many great pictures and made our 1st day in Egypt very special. We continued on to Saqqara which turned out to be our favorite location. Seeing the Step Pyramid along with amazing art filled burial tombs was amazing. Saqqara is not to be missed. Our next stop was Dahshur. We followed Heba's great advice and climbed down into the Red Pyramid which was easier than going into the Bent Pyramid. Our final stop of the day was to pick up lunch which was included in the tour price. She recommended both the standard falafel wrap and one that included eggplant. Both were fresh and amazing. She even got us some Egyptian baklava for desert. We were driven back into Cairo and dropped off at our hotel. Our driver was amazing all day and an expert at driving through the insane Cairo traffic. He also kept our luggage safe throughout the day. This was a perfect introduction to Cairo all thanks to Egypt Tailor Made tours and most importantly, Heba!! She was truly amazing and one of the best guides we have ever had. We hope to tour with her agan. She even made sure we didnt miss the tail on the backside of The Great Sphinx (inside joke).

My first full day in Egypt could not have been better. Sabry was an outstanding guide from beginning to end. We started at the Pyramids of Giza, including going inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu, followed by the Sphinx, Saqqara and Dahshur. Sabry has an incredible knowledge of Egyptian history, but what really sets him apart is the way he tells the story. He made thousands of years of history easy to understand, interesting and entertaining. He also knew exactly how to navigate each site, which made the entire day feel relaxed and never rushed. Our driver was excellent as well—professional, punctual and incredibly skilled at navigating Cairo traffic. The car was always ready when we needed it, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the day. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how personalized the experience felt. There were no unwanted shopping stops or tourist traps—the entire day was focused on experiencing the history and seeing what I came to Egypt to see. An incredible introduction to Egypt and easily a five-star experience. I would absolutely recommend requesting Sabry.

We were in Cairo for four full days. Hend and our driver [Ishmael] were with us the entire time. Hend was fantastic! She's extremely knowledgeable and told us a great deal about Egyptian history and culture as we saw the various spots we visited. She also went above and beyond her duties as a tour guide - helping us bargain at the markets, taking us to a wonderful cafe around the markets that made the best sandwiches, taking us to a high quality perfume and oil place as well as a jewelers where we could get custom jewelery with our names engraved in hieroglyphics, taking us to a carpet school where we saw how quality rugs were made, and she always helped make sure we were getting quality items at a fair price. I had hurt my foot pretty badly just before arriving in Cairo. Hend was instrumental in us getting permission to have Ishmael drive us to the pyramids in our van [instead of us having to stand in line and take the bus] so that I'd have a cool place to sit if the walking became too much, and at every stop we made Ishmael made sure to come help me out of our van. Then, when other members of the party got sick, Hend also took us to the pharmacy and helped us get the right medicine. These are just some reasons I'd recommend this tour company [and this guide specifically]. We had a wonderful time in Cairo, and I'd love to come back some day.

Was really fun and fascinating to see the pyramids and to learn about all the history about ancient egypt. My tour guide Hend and the driver Ishmil were awesome with helping us grab food, teaching us about all the sights, taking us to pharmacies when we were sick, being on time , and helping us bargain prices. They also took us to recommended spots for buying and were really nice to us which all made my experience the best.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and full of information about every site. We would highly recommend him.

Heba was an amazing tour guide! She took great pictures and showed us everything we wanted to see. Very informative and friendly, my wife and I felt very safe the entire time.

We had a great experience on our tours, we did the two areas over 2 days which I can recommend if travelling as a family with youngish children, rather than cramming into 1 day. We got lucky with the weather and smaller crowds and really enjoyed the different places and information we were given around the history and detail of it all. It was well organised and comfortable and we would recommend ETM to other travellers.
