Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He showed ous severalmparts of the city and told us the history. In this way, we were able to experience the city in the short time we had in Matera. We also go some good tips for walking on our own.

Vito is a great tour guide and host who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared some great information about Matera and its history.
We were recently in Matera for three days. On our first day we thought it would be a great idea to have a general tour of the city in a Tuk Tuk since the city is very hilly. We booked a private 70 minute tour with Vito. He picked us up at our hotel and gave us informative explanations of Matera, including the Sassi districts and historic center. We also saw lovely views of the Gravina.
Such a wonderful way to get an overview of Matera! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
