UNIQUE DISAPPOINTMENT ( except for Marco , Salvatore and Gerardo whom we thank again )
5 stars and even more go to Marco a Salvatore (mythical ) and Gerardo exceptional people POLITE and extremely available as well as being very professional !!!! Thanks again!!! Half a star instead to the “commander” Francesca who has greatly disappointed us because of her conceit and arrogance! Do not trust what she absolutely advises you.... we paid top dollar for going where we did not want and do that is that she “forcedly suggested” just her in addition we were told: HERE I COMMAND !!! (with my money though). Federico instead 1 star maybe 2..... must grow a lot more even professionally. WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY!!!!

Identità nella recensione Il Suo nome reale è Angelo, ma ha scelto di recensire con un profilo diverso. Già questo rende poco trasparente il Suo giudizio. 2. Itinerari e orari concordati Tutti i servizi prenotati Le sono stati comunicati via WhatsApp in anticipo, con orari e condizioni ben chiari. La sera precedente riceveva sempre un recap. Lei ha effettuato il pagamento solo dopo aver ricevuto e accettato queste informazioni. 3. Pagamento non conforme Pur avendo concordato un prezzo preciso, Lei ha deciso di versare di Sua iniziativa un importo inferiore, senza alcuna autorizzazione. Un gesto poco corretto che dimostra già di per sé la Sua mancanza di buona fede. 4. Il ritardo alla partenza del tour di Capri Il giorno del tour l’imbarcazione e lo skipper erano pronti puntuali. Lei si è presentato con circa 1 ora e 30 minuti di ritardo, riducendo inevitabilmente il tempo utile per lo sbarco a Capri. 5. Avviso immediato sulle conseguenze Lo skipper Le ha spiegato subito che, a causa del ritardo, il tempo disponibile sull’isola sarebbe stato limitato. Nonostante ciò, Lei ha comunque scelto di effettuare soste bagno, riducendo ulteriormente la possibilità di restare a Capri. 6. Questione tassa di sbarco / ristorante Fin dall’inizio Le erano state fornite due opzioni: pagare la tassa di sbarco oppure pranzare in un ristorante convenzionato evitando la tassa. Lei ha rifiutato entrambe le soluzioni, ma pretendeva ugualmente di sbarcare. 7. La frase attribuita a Francesca La frase da Lei riportata è stata decontestualizzata. Il senso era esclusivamente chiarire che gli skipper e i collaboratori seguono le direttive dell’agenzia, non richieste improvvisate dei clienti. 8. Assistenza finale e trasferimento Nonostante le difficoltà causate dal Suo ritardo e dalle Sue decisioni, l’agenzia ha riprogrammato senza alcun costo aggiuntivo il Suo transfer privato, inizialmente previsto alle 17.30, poi spostato alle 19 e infine alle 20. Questo perché il traghetto da Lei preso, con arrivo previsto alle 19, è arrivato con un’ora di ritardo. Il nostro autista è rimasto ad attenderLa senza alcun sovrapprezzo. 9. Coerenza con le recensioni ai luoghi consigliati Durante il Suo soggiorno Le abbiamo fornito consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Lei stesso ha lasciato valutazioni massime a questi locali e attrazioni: segno evidente che i nostri suggerimenti erano corretti e di qualità, in totale contraddizione con le critiche espresse nella Sua recensione. --- In sintesi, il tour non si è svolto come da Sue aspettative a causa dei Suoi ritardi, delle Sue decisioni e del mancato rispetto degli accordi economici, non per responsabilità dell’agenzia o del personale, che hanno operato con serietà e professionalità fino all’ultimo, assistendoLa anche ben oltre gli orari previsti. Così come un piatto riflette lo chef che lo prepara, una recensione riflette chi la scrive. La Sua trasmette cattiveria e amarezza: difficile immaginare che i piatti che cucina possano avere un sapore diverso.

Experience the day of your dreams with a private boat from Chic & Fabulous
With our family we rented a boat for a whole day at Chic & Fabulous. In one word: Fantastic! The contact with Francesca is excellent. Quick response to all your questions and you get excellent information and tips for sailing along the Amalfi coast. Everything perfectly arranged on time and Marco explains well how to sail the boat. Not difficult and everything goes smoothly and simply. The boat we got was great! Spacious place for the four of us and the boat was like new. Lovely sun roof, cool box on board, snorkels, swimming goggles and even a shower with fresh water to rinse off after a dive in the blue sea. We can really recommend Chic & Fabulous if you want to spend a great day on the Amalfi Coast. Don't hesitate and book your own private boat. The best thing you can do!

The best way to appreciate the Amalfi Coast in all its glory. Our Guide was always very friendly and gave us the time needed to observe, photograph and swim. One of the best experiences of our trip.

Truly Fabulous
What an amazing experience we had with Francesca and her team providing service on boat trip to Capri, a Tuk Tuk Tour of Amalfi coast and trips to Positano and Ravello. Skipper Marco couldn’t have been friendlier navigating the beautiful boat to the myriad of Capri highlights. Salvatore was great driving through tortuous roads and allow us to appreciate the gorgeous coast. Gerarado equallyskillfull in bring us to towns of Positano and Ravello. All and all a first rate experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing boat tour at the Amalfi Coast
The boat tour was amazing! The girls loved it, especially connecting their iPhones via Bluetooth and enjoying the music on board, jumping into the sea at various beautiful spots between Maiori and Positano. Thanks also for all the tips Francesca! When we come back to the Amalfi Coast we will definitely contact you again 😊

100% recommend
The views were amazing and it was good fun to have the drone taking videos and photos while we were swimming. The restaurant we were dropped off to for lunch was delicious. Overall such a memorable experience as a family. We’ll remember forever!

Boat was super intact. The employee explained everything in detail. When my girlfriend got seasick, I could easily drop her off in another city. An employee helped us immediately.

The boat tour was amazing. Beautiful sites and plenty of time to swim in the water. Marco and Francesca were extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!!
