Our group tour reservation ended up being a private bilingual tour with our guide Lucky in her private vehicle, since more than 8 people reserved this tour for the same day. Not only was the tour informative and interesting, Lucky was very friendly and flexible with our needs and questions both in English and in Russian. Of course, we reserved lunch at the plof place as well, and that was a memorable cultural and culinary experience. We felt well received and cared for by Lucky and her hospitable culture.

After internet research and reading reviews contacted GOTOUZBEKISTAN Tashkent, Uzbekistan; WhatsApp +998914816815 and dealt with Mr. Ibrokhim and Mr. Izzatullo, Manager. Both are polite, courteous, true professional, communicator and write English very well. They were instrumental in signing an Agreement/Contract prepared from scratch by me for Airport Pick-up and Drop Off and 2 days sightseeing in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A fairly new car with English speaking Guide and driver was assigned. Mr. Yahyo was assigned as the Guide. He was polite, courteous and enthusiastic young individual. We were glad to have a well scheduled tour from pick up to drop off and everything in between. It was structured, well-paced and he explained visits to all major landmarks. He possesses extensive knowledge of the city/region, is fluent in English and has a friendly disposition. Again, I am VERY HAPPY with the thorough professionalism on the tour till it was completed on time. GOTOUZBEKISTAN honored the Agreement/Contract and is a reputable, reliable, professional, and highly rated company and proved such. Besides Tashkent they can arrange tours in other cities. It was a unique and special experience. It is all a matter of trust and great service, and you can trust the Company. I would highly recommend this Company and rate it 5 stars plus.

Tour itself was good as Sanja took us around and was able to explain alot of the country and Tashkent history. He also shared alot about what life is like currently in the country. It only started out on a very bad note with us having to wait 1.5hrs for a guide to show up. We had earlier confirmed the tour and pickup time with the agency via Whatsapp. However no one turned up at the pickup time. If the agency had issues with keeping to the promised time, they should’ve informed us earlier.

Our guide Yahyo gave us a full day tour giving us a thorough survey of Tashkent. He was very knowledgeable, well organized and fun to talk with. Tashkent is an interesting city with a lot to offer that is worth hiring a guide to see efficiently. Definitely 5 stars for this tour.

A fantastic introduction to Tashkent. Our guide Ziyad showed us so much - an amazing mix of old and new. We particularly enjoyed the Metro and a chance to visit the Plov centre. Ziyad was fabulous, giving us insights into Uzbekistan, its history and its food. A great day. Highly recommend!

Mine was a fantastic city tour of the beautiful Tashkent, thanks to the experienced guidance of Sevinch. The Tashkent city tour was a great way to explore the capital of Uzbekistan and learn more about its culture and history 🏙️✨ The city is very clean, organized, and full of beautiful landmarks and wide streets 🌳 I enjoyed visiting different parts of the city and seeing the mix of modern buildings and historic places 🏛️ The tour was comfortable and well planned, making it easy to see many highlights in a short time 🚐 It was a very enjoyable experience and a perfect introduction to Tashkent 👍 Definitely recommended if you want to discover the city in an easy and organized way ✨

Very efficient and interesting tour. Visited main monuments and Learned a lot and experienced metro and Plov palace …

The entire tour was amazing and well organized. Murad was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and patient throughout the tour. The architecture of the mosques and madrassas was amazing. Special highlights that we enjoyed were shopping at the chorsu bazaar and the subway ride. The local cuisine, especially the Plov was yummmmm. Five stars to the tour operator Gotouzbekistan, highly recommend this trip.

Didn’t turn up so not sure this is a real company. Hotel tried phoning and messaging multiple times but nothing. No response on the app.
