Very disappointing experience – we felt taken advantage of
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company on our wedding day.
We had previously agreed and paid an extra €50 for a specific drop-off in Bellagio. At the end of the tour, this agreement was not honored, and we were asked to pay an additional €250 to be taken to the agreed location.
Considering that my wife was in her wedding dress, we had photographers with equipment, and we had a scheduled wedding program, we felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation we were in.
We refused to pay and had to make our own way back, which caused a major delay and made us miss part of our wedding plans.
A very frustrating experience on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the special pick-up and drop-off arrangements. These services and their applicable prices are clearly specified in the experience listing, and we would like to clarify that there was never any intention to take advantage of the situation.

Perfect way to see lake como from the lake. The boat was exactly what I wanted. The company was nice enough to pick us up from the hotel dock for a small added fee. Went at 7pm would highly recommend the time
