Unbelievable experience on the water seeing the homes and hotels along the lake. I recommend going early in the morning to avoid the crowds in the afternoon. We started at 9am and ended 2 hours later. Perfect!

Such a beautiful way to see and explore the lake! I went with my husband and baby and couldn’t say enough good things about the experience.

Boat and driver were...
Boat and driver were great. I would highly recommend at least the 3 hour or 4 hour tour. It took us over an hour to get to Bellagio.

Exactly what we expected!
Perfect and exactly what we expected!
We booked a private, to our boat tour. We were staying in Cernobbio and requested pick up and drop off there. That was no problem and very convenient. The only downside is the hours start and stop from the Como city Harbor, so our two hour trip was really only about an hour and 30 minutes. They did tell me that in advance so I was not surprised!
The driver was great, spoke great English, and was very responsive and informative. We were also celebrating so we included the Prosecco, which was so easy – they had it ready for us on the boat.

Ehh, Lake Como
It was ok. Was expecting a true wooden boat James Bond style boat and experience. We stopped 5 times explaining the different properties. There were 3 of us and only had 2 waters to offer. They did a good job explaining where to meet. It should be included I. What to expect that we need to pay 50 euros for gas. The Lake and view were gorgeous. I would have picked a different type of boat if we had known.

The boat used for this experience is exactly the boat shown in our listing, and the experience is operated exclusively with this boat. We always aim to present the boat accurately through the photos and description provided on the platform.
Regarding the €50 fuel charge, we would also like to clarify that this cost is clearly communicated throughout the booking process. The information is available before booking, during the reservation process, after the booking is confirmed, on the ticket, and in the messages sent through the platform and to the guest’s mobile phone. We therefore always do our best to ensure that all costs are transparent and known in advance.
As for the stops along the tour, these are part of the experience and are intended to allow our guests to discover and learn more about the beautiful villas and properties along Lake Como. We are sorry if this was not the type of experience you were expecting.
We regret that, had you known more about the boat beforehand, you might have chosen a different experience. Nevertheless, we remain confident that the experience provided was consistent with the information and images published at the time of booking.

Do not book, pictures...
DO NOT BOOK, pictures look nothing like the boat. There is a different wrap on the boat so does not look like the classic boat. They didn’t arrive on time, refused to refund me after I raised the picture looks nothing like to boat so would rather not go and pay for a boat that would meet expectations. So was forced to go, after I sent pictures to office and they confirmed that the boat does not look like the pictures. Admin staff were based in the office were terrible, also to be clear you will be expected to pay fuel charge, although they do not share that information with you when they text to confirm the booking.

Very nice family moment
David, our skipper was very friendly, driving the boit safely on the lake, with key explanations about each sightseeing spots and villas around the lake.
1 hour trip was a good compromise, and at 19h, the temperature and Light were perfect for this trip on the lake.
