B was a wonderful host and instructor. We had a lot of fun making delicious pasta and learning about the region and its specialities. Highly recommend!

Beatrice was wonderful!!!! This was a great and fun class where we made ravioli and tagliatelle. I have never tasted better pasta and I will never buy pasta in a box again! Beatrice was a great teacher guiding us in all the recipes and techniques to make these wonderful dishes. She also shared her homemade tiramisu and gelato that was molto delizioso!!! I highly recommend this for anyone that loves to cook.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We made egg pasta my favorite tagliatelle!! We felt like we had met a family member as our gal welcomed us into her home and taught us how to make the pasta and how to enjoy the meal afterwards:). She gave us sightseeing tips and made us homemade gelato for dessert! Book the class:). So glad we could do this while in Lake Como!

My husband and I took the pasta making course with Bea and we had a wonderful time. Recipes were delicious and easy to prepare. I will definitely make the recipes again. Bea was welcoming and very friendly. We stayed talking with her after the course about the history of the recipes she gave us but she also provided great restaurants suggestions for our stay in Como. Thanks again Bea for the wonderful experience that you gave us!
Intimate cooking and cultural experience. Our chef made learning to make pasta easy while we still led most of the work so we can actually replicate on our own. We cooked in her apartment and the results were absolutely delicious. While menus change, we made tagliatelle with tomato confit sauce and ricotta and choice ravioli in sage butter sauce. We smiled the entire time.

Beatrix was wonderful! She invited us into her home and was very patient with us! The instructions were easy to follow, so we made 2 different pastas; then we had time for dinner and dessert. Not only was the class fun, but she gave us great suggestions for sites to see on the rest of our trip!
The class was great fun and I learned a lot. I would like to thank chef Bea for the wonderful experience! I have taken about 10 cooking classes in my adult years, and this class was the very best! I feel that I learned a technique, did not just follow a recipe. Looking forward to making great pasta soon.
