パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノの伝統的なチーズ工場を見学し、イタリアで最も名高い食材の秘密を学びましょう。 伝統的な製法に則ったチーズが今も生産されている様子は、チーズ職人たちの仕事ぶりをご覧ください。 チーズメーカーがミルク桶から製品を取り出し、シェイピングルームと塩漬けルームを見学してから、チーズを熟成させるスタギオナトゥーラへ。 そして、おいしいチーズを地元のワインと一緒に味わってください。 ハム工場では、まず生産の歴史的側面を簡単に紹介し、ここから新鮮な肉を加工する「コールドステージ」を見学します。 塩漬けに使った機械や冷凍・休憩室、調味料室などを見学できます。 フードツアーの最後には、パルマハムのスパークリングな地元ワインを味わいます。

ツアーは早朝からチーズ工場に到着し、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノの生産を見学します。 途中、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノチーズの牛乳を生産する牛のためにコンソーシアムから固定された特定の乾燥した新鮮な飼料で育った厩舎と畑がある典型的な田園地帯を見ます。

Very nice tour lad my Mattia who is very knowledgeable and good at his job. Included lots of Parma cheese and ham.

We chose this trip because they provided transportation and the groups were smaller. It was a wonderful experience! We learned so much over the day, enjoyed fresh DOP Parmesan cheese and Parma proscuitto with wines, and chatted with both our guide and the other visitors. It is a very in-depth tour with plenty of time for questions and photos. Highly recommend!

This was an enjoyable and informative experience. Matteo was excellent explained a complex process in easy to understand words. Both sites were well organized and we enjoyed meeeting the owners of the facilities. Enjoyed the tasting and wine and appreciated how Claudio at the Proscuito site made sure we all had enough Prosciito.
An excellent tour by the son of a cheese master showing his expertise and enthusiasm. Guide was particularly attentive to my needs due to my hearing disability.
We booked a tour and paid for train tickets apart to be at meeting point in the morning it was really cold 🥶 and we waited for the guide to show up there was nobody there. We called the tour guy and he was not professional at all he said sorry tour was canceled they never call us to let us know about it and they don’t care about the kids being frozen he just hang up the phone be careful with this company terrible people .
we are really sorry we did not saw your booking as you booked overnight and nobody at our staff was working as it was bank holiday. We already fixed the bug with viator once again i am really sorry
