The experience was amazing. The guide (Khaleefa) was helpful, knowledgeable and overall very enthusiastic. And did not take us to any forced shopping once we declined. Overall, we shopped, enjoyed the colorful streets of the bazaar, had some very yummy coffee and Egyptian dinner! They even accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal!
Khalifa, our guide, was most generous with his time and sharing his knowledge. The evening was a wonderful local experience

Full of information we never would have learned on our own! Took us to a couple shops before the bazaar which had much better quality items but even haggled for us in the market for some cheap trinkets😆 And was our personal photographer!!

We ate different foods at three different places. All traditional and all delicious. The fresh squeezed sugar cane juice was a special treat. Khalifa made sure we were enjoying ourselves and he was very personable. Recommend this experience you want to go places you would never find on your own.
We started our tour at 2:00 as we didn’t want to stay up late for a night tour and thought the afternoon tour was great. We had lunch at three different places, stopping in between at some interesting spots. The food was delicious and Khalefa was very knowledgeable about ancient Egypt as well as modern Egypt. Khalefa was very accommodating to our suggestions and the driver was amazing in Cairo traffic
