Sherif was very helpful and very kind.He speaks very good English!We chaged our destination the last minute and he was willing to take us without hesitation!!I woud definitely reccomend him!!!
Mr. Sherif was responsible for picking us up from our hotel and taking us to our cruise ship, and we honestly could not have asked for a better person for the job. Everything was perfectly organized, punctual, and completely stress-free. From the very first moment, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. His English is excellent, communication was effortless, and he was incredibly polite, professional, and always eager to help. He answered all of our questions with patience, offered useful advice, and went out of his way to make sure that everything ran smoothly. His kindness and genuine hospitality truly stood out. I have to say that Mr. Sherif provided the best transfer service we could have imagined. Reliable, friendly, organized, and always smiling—he is the kind of person who makes your trip even more memorable. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Nile Cruise. And the cruise itself was absolutely fantastic! We had an amazing time from start to finish. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes and excellent quality. The atmosphere on board was wonderful, the live music created the perfect mood, and the performances and entertainment show were truly enjoyable. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip and one of the best experiences we have ever had. He is an exceptional driver, but above all, an incredibly kind and courteous person who genuinely wants to help and make sure you have the best experience. I liked the guidance from sherif. The food on the cruise was delicious and I was able to see the dance.
The boat ride was smooth, you barely noticed it's actually moving. Food variety and taste was average... Drinks and alcohol are not included. If you choose to order please check your bill or request the menu for pricing as "additions" seem to more common than accidental...Overall a good experience.
