It was awesome! David and Wolfgang were great guides, very knowledgeable and welcoming. We learned a lot about sea life and camels. Highly recommend!
Camel ride was a lot of fun. Guide didn't speak much English, but a person in our party interpreted for us. Note that the tour from pickup in downtown Cabo to drop off was about 5 hours. Not sure all tours take as long, but just wanted to share. Also this was just for the camel ride and buffet. The beach Sunset we had was spectacular!
We normally have great experiences with Viator and the issues were probably caused by the local vendor “Next Experience Travel”. In short all our tickets and emails said the tour started at 11 am. They neglected to tell us the pickup was 10:15. Also the pickup location was blocks away from the address the Viator app showed. So we were late and at the wrong place all because Next Experience did not clarify the pick up instructions. They kindly rescheduled us for 12:15 which was good but then I had to figure out it was the Cactus Tours bus we needed to get on. No one from Next Experience was there. And of course no phone number to call them. Next time I’d just book directly with Cactus Tours that runs the entire center with Atv’s, camels and horses. Definitely avoid Next Experience Travel.

On the day of the tour, at the scheduled pickup time (10:15 AM), we reached out as you were the only guests still missing for this shared experience, where timely arrival is important for all participants. At that time, you confirmed that you were still disembarking from your cruise, which had arrived over two hours earlier, while the pickup vehicle was already waiting at the designated meeting point. Understanding the situation, and as a gesture of goodwill, we rescheduled your pickup at no additional cost so you could still enjoy the tour. Our team and local partners remained available and assisted you to ensure the experience could move forward. We always aim to communicate clearly and to be flexible whenever possible.
