We had Mary as our driver who was so excellent and so much fun. She is a true pleasure to be around. She helped make it a great day! Love her!!

Absolutely amazing. Mary was not only on time but was beyond friendly and helpful. We arrived safely and early! The Canopy trip was SPECTACULAR! My 13 year old grandson and I had a great time flying through the forest. Well worth it! Highly recommended

We did a mother and son trip and had so much fun doing the ziplining. Of course that all started with having a wonderful private driver and tour guide, Ama. She was punctual, had a bag of treats which was a nice touch. I loved that she shared her Māori heritage and history and pointed things along the drive. She was very open and answered all my questions. The zipline was fun and only wished there was 1-2 extra of the 400m line. The zipline tour guides were also funny and kept it interesting.

We were a family of six people out of which me & my son have height issues but it was an amazing experience. We thoroughly loved it. Our tour guides Amy & Jenna were nice & helpful, kept us informed & helped well in making us understand the way we enjoyed the tour more. The forest is absolutely green & dense, air so fresh, this in itself makes you feel so nice. We were informed that the earning from the tours is also used in keeping the forest pest free & thereby try increasing the ever decreasing birds population in the area, which is a nice initiative. Overall it was a good experience & I have no hesitation in recommending it to the people visiting Rotorua !!

Today my son and I completed the amazing scenic Ultimate Canopy Tour. Our tour guides (Fran and Traya) were TUMEKE!! HARD (Triple Amazing and then some more...). We would recommend this tour to anyone who loves adventure, great company, nature, scenic views and eco tourism at its best. P.S (However we recommend that you not ask Fran to do her scottish accent!!!!) Thank you guys for a great day filled with many wonderful memories - eg Charlie loving hiking and Bob Marley (yeh we all love nature and the smell of fresh air. Claire eating the worm after gagging a couple of times. The bird giving me tongue and grabbing the worm. And the accent challenge of Aussie, Emglish and Scottish accents on show.

The tour with Karthik and The Ultimate Zip Line experience were hands down the BEST experience we had in New Zealand! Karthik was so knowledgeable about Auckland and the surrounding area. He is friendly and offers great recommendations... I'm so glad that I took his advice and booked the Ultimate zip line instead of booking the original zip line. It was amazing! Lunch at The Fat Dog was delightful(included) as were the visits to the garden park and the geo-thermal hot springs park. He listened to our interests and made sure to accommodate.

Karthik was very accomodating throughout the entire day. Running through interesting tidbits and keeping us engaged through the trip, Karthik made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. You could tell from the attention to detail of each place we passed or entered that he enjoyed what he did and that he genuinely wanted us to experience everything New Zealand had to offer. Thankyou again Karthik and when I return to New Zealand I’ll be sure to see what new and exciting experiences you also have to offer.

We were recommended by 2 friends to go on this trip. I am scared of heights a bit and admit to being a bit nervous before. well I shouldn't have worried because the guys were very safety conscious and encouraging. It was also my birthday and wanted to do something exciting for it. we had a ball and loved every minute of it. I loved that the staff do so much pest control as well as this is something we are quite passionate about as well. Loved seeing the little birds come and take worms off you hands. I would go back again any day, totally recommend.
