We had an amazing time Cooking in Athens! Marilena was a fabulous host and taught us many Greek recipes. Our meal we made was so delicious!!! We would recommend this experience in Athens to everyone visiting the city!

This was a FANTASTIC experience. It was just a small group of 4 in our class, so it was really intimate and relaxed. Marilena was a wonderful teacher and everything was easy to follow - my partner and I are excited to put it all to practice. Also the space was GORGEOUS. Finally, for other visibly queer couples out there, my partner and I were very happily welcomed and felt very comfortable and safe. Could not recommend more!

We had an amazing time and met another couple traveling from the UK. Everything was prepped beforehand so we could focus on the cooking and recipe completion. Our teacher and assistant were very kind and patient with us in doing things we hadn't tried before. All the food was delicious with accommodations made for those who had food allergies or preferences. The setting was incredible with a view of the Acropolis from the roof top terrace. Highly recommend!

This experience was amazing! It’s easy to follow along, fun with the group, and an amazing time to learn more about Greek culture, food, and traditions. We made 6 dishes, and were given helpful tricks to make each one. Afterwards, we got to enjoy our meal with wine and the Chef emails you the recipes! Such a great experience, I will be recommending this to anyone who visits Greece!

Great experience with the cooking class from CookinAthens. The space was well laid out for classes. Prep was done in advance of the class so we could focus on the cooking experience. Everyone was able to prepare their own meal. And then we ate what we cooked with a nice glass (or two) of Greek wine!

Overall great experience and the highlight of our trip! They were extremely knowledgeable and the food was fantastic! Definitely would book again!

Wonderful atmosphere . Marilena is a fantastic teacher. She guided us through the preparation of a simple, traditional Greek meal, including making phyllo dough. I highly recommend it. Come hungry….lots of great food.

This was one of our favorite experiences while in Athens! The directions were very easy to follow. We were part of a large group of 15, but it was still very personal. The dinner was outstanding. If we had more time, we would sign up for lunch.
