Juwan was amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough, pleasant and very nice. Loved the whole experience.
Thank you so much, Gloria! We’re delighted you had such a wonderful experience with João and enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you for your kind words and for choosing us. We hope to welcome you back to Lisbon again soon!
The venue was nice, seating was good, food was excellent and the music and the singers were exceptional. Fado although it is about sadness in reality is a fun, enjoyable and entertaining experience. We truly enjoyed it. We also did a short night tour which we very much enjoyed and we learned a lot from our night tour guide too!
Thank you so much, Cheryl! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the dinner, the Fado performance, and the night tour. It’s wonderful to know that the food, music, singers, and insights from your guide made the evening so memorable. Thank you for joining us and for sharing your experience!
We very much enjoyed the tour guide, the dinner show and the food. Everyone was professional and kind.
Dear Debbie, Thank you so much for your review.
This tour was a really great experience. 1/1 guide with some scenic stops along the route to the restaurant and Fado music. Lovely evening. Our guide Patrick was fantastic.
Dear customer, thank you very much for your review.
Loved the informative and visually breath-taking tour of the Alfama district provided by our driver, Joao. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the emotional fado music performance, and the food exceeded expectations, and was delicious. Joao was fantastic - what a wonderful person!
Dear Robert, thank you very much for your review.
Great experience from beginning to end! Tour was informative, show was great, and food amazing. Highly recommended.
Dear Steven, thank you very much for your review.
They never showed up and said we didn’t have a reservation- I have their confirmation number and. Viator’s confirmation number. This is despicable!.
We are sorry for what happened, unfortunately it was an error in our system, so the refund has already been made 100%. We are sorry for what happened, and we apologize once again.
This is a wonderful cultural experience for people who enjoy music. Our guide/driver, Patrick, was friendly and informative. We totally enjoyed our tour, dinner, and fado evening
Our guide was nice but it was a very boring tour! Did not tell you that there were multiple steps!!!! Not a lighted tour either just not fun or a good time. Restaurant did not get one of our parties meal and never brought it. Would not really recommend it.
Our first night in Lisbon and we wanted to get right into the experience. This tour is a great way to do that! Our guide was great and we really got to see a lot in the few hours we were with him. I wish I could recall his name because he deserves to be recognized. Viator is a great tour group and every tour we’ve done with them has been fantastic. We have taken 5 tours with them and have 3 more booked for this summer. Don’t miss out on a knowledge, reputable and professional tour.
