This operator canceled our tour 3 weeks before our trip leaving us without a tour. We scheduled per their schedule months in advance. Last week I received a text asking if we could change our date to either the day before our actual trip or to the day we board our cruise. Then this morning I received a text telling me our tour is canceled and a refund will be made. My belief is that a better offer came in from a group and us who booked individually get tossed aside.
I would not use this company and I for sure will not recommend them to anyone!

We completely understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify that the cancellation was due to operational reasons and was not related to giving priority to another group. We contacted you in advance, explained the situation, and offered alternative dates. Unfortunately, these alternatives did not fit your travel plans, so we proceeded with a full refund.
We always do our best to accommodate our guests, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to find a suitable alternative. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

Colosseum attic tour
My whole family absolutely loved the Colosseum experience. We booked with trip in art. They offered us a complementary upgrade to the attic, providing us with a personalized tour of what may be the only quiet part of the Colosseum. Our tour guide was interesting, engaging and friendly. I would highly recommend! Fabulous memorable and educational experience. Remember, even children need a copy of their passports to enter the Colosseum!

So interesting!!
We had a fantastic morning with Diana as our guide. She was lovey and her knowledge of the coliseum was incredible. The kids were totally engaged and are still taking about everyone they learnt.

Quite the experience!
It was an easy, seemless process as long as you have ID. Our time was changed to a later time with an upgrade. Thankfully we were able to accommodate the new time. The tour guides were friendly, helpful and entertaining.

Charged more for kids than it should
Charged for kids as adult fare and no answer from the complaint when asking why. There is no way to contact them that is direct.
Tour time was changed once and cancelled the second time. Wonderful person from the company gave us time that was not perfect but ok for us and I believe that we were lucky to get in contact with that person. Very grateful. Changing time, then canceling tour and on top - charging us more was not fair or good.

Fulfilling Tour
Wear comfortable shoes. Small group, intimate tour. Paola was very engaging and easy to interact with, her Enlglish was perfect. Highly recommend this tour.

Sunlight on Ancient Stone
Tedros brought energy without rush. He joked with kids, comforted elders, and made everyone feel part of history. When he spoke of the arena’s opening ceremonies, his voice echoed perfectly in the stone corridors. Standing there, you felt connected across time. The Forum walk tied politics, myths, and daily life into one picture. Brilliant guiding.
