We took Emily’s family-style cooking class in Positano and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the family welcomed us like we were old friends — warm, generous, and so genuinely happy to share their traditions with us. We made pasta and dessert completely from scratch, and both turned out incredible — some of the best food we had in Italy. The whole atmosphere felt like being invited into someone's home for a big family meal rather than a typical tourist activity. If you're visiting Positano, don't miss this experience — it's authentic, delicious, and full of heart.

Emily was a fantastic host.. She opened up her beautiful home overlooking Positano to a group of strangers who by the end seemed like friends.. Emily is passionate about cooking, her family and her grandmother’s recipes (which she shared with everyone). She made the entire experience fun and memorable. Emily and her family could not have done a better job!!! The food and wine were delicious!! One of the many highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast.. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was hands down the best part of our entire trip to Italy! Emily and her family were an absolute blast. My husband and I had so much fun and the food was exceptional. I can’t recommend this class enough. We will certainly be back to visit Emily and her family again!

The highlight of our entire 16-day Italy trip! Emily's cooking class was the most wholesome family experience — the beautiful kitchen,the gorgeous table setting, that incredible view and most importantly their family legacy. You can tell they built the space with real entrepreneurship in mind: large enough to comfortably host a group, with the best appliances, and everything was spotless. I truly got to connect with Emily and her family — you could feel her heart and emotion in the story she shared about her grandmother and the legacy they're building, pouring it all into their guests. And the food! The most amazing handmade ravioli, lemon tagliatelle, the most phenomenal Caprese with fresh mozzarella and tomato, grilled vegetables, homemade limoncello — and a tiramisu so good I ate every bite even though I don't like sweets. Honestly one of the best meals of our entire trip. This stands out from every other cooking class in Positano, and every time we mentioned we'd gone to Emily's class, people told us we'd made the best decision we could have made — they were right. We will definitely be back next time we visit!

We had the best time cooking with Emily and her family. They were truly the best hosts and took amazing care of us. We were very impressed with the food and the experience all together! Would definitely recommend.

One of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had! Emily and her entire family were absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us into their home and talked about the history of their family, with love in her heart and tears in her eyes there was a genuine heartfelt love for her grandmother! The pasta was so delicious and simple …. A MUST DO IF YOU ARE HEADED TO POSITANO!

This was an amazing experience! The cost felt appropriate but note that the home is away from the port so you may also have transportation costs up and down from the home. Emily, our guide, arranged transportation on our behalf and made it very easy to get to and from her home! The tour did run long so I would recommend arranging transportation later than you would expect. It was a very fun and friendly atmosphere, we had a group of 14 people I believe. Emily also provided recipes for us after the experience and was just so pleasant the entire time! The food was also delicious.

This was an amazing experience in Italy. Emily was a wonderful host who paid tribute to her grandmother and family. We made friends, learned to cook several Italian favorites all in the families home. The experience was carefully crafted with great food, education, tradition, music and good drink. Really recommend, one of my favorite things while in Italy.

Emily did a wonderful presentation and got everyone involved in the whole night. Emily family was with her every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

This was hands down the highlight of our trip to Italy! 🇮🇹❤️ We had the most incredible time spending the evening making pasta with Emily and her whole family. It felt like so much more than a cooking class. It was a true Italian experience filled with laughter, dancing, singing, delicious food, incredible wine. We loved hearing about Emily’s grandmother, who lived to be 114 years old and played such a special role in inspiring Emily’s passion for cooking and bringing people together through food. And the food was unbelievably amazing!!!! Everything we made was absolutely delicious, and there is something so special about sitting down together and enjoying a meal that you made with your own hands. Emily also sent us a pdf of all the recipes so we can make them at home! The views from their home were also spectacular. We could have stayed there all day just taking in the scenery. Emily was also so kind, welcoming, and incredibly easy to work with. She even went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation back to Positano afterward, which we appreciated so much. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives!
