Driver was very kind and cared for my family as we had a 3 hour window to make it from Heathrow to Gatwick. Very professional driver. Can’t thank you enough for making such a stressful experience a safe and successful transfer.
They provide clear directions and once the driver arrived it was an easy exit experience. Our flight arrived early and I would definitely use them again. Great service
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE-NEVWR AGAIN. The driver was not at the airport to meet us. We has to wait for him for 20 minutes. He got off the highway and went through residential areas that were backed up in traffic. Took us 30 minutes to go 700 feet in more than one area. We misses the connecting flight due to his venture off the highway. Then he wqs rushing us to figure out what flight to get next to go home “because he had to pick up another ride”. This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Picked up at 8:40 and at 11:28 oy had gone 3 miles. Flight was boarding so we missed it completely.
