I have taken many tours around the world, but this experience was truly special. Mahmoud Fawzy is not only an outstanding tour guide but also one of the most knowledgeable, intelligent, and genuinely kind people I have met during my travels. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question I had—not only about Ancient Egypt, the pyramids, and Egyptian history, but also about modern Egyptian culture, society, philosophy, and even broader topics related to other civilizations. Our conversations went far beyond a typical guided tour and made the experience deeply enriching on both an intellectual and personal level. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cared about my experience. Throughout the day, he constantly made sure I was comfortable, happy, and enjoying every moment. The driver was equally professional, kind, and supportive. I always felt safe, respected, and well looked after. They never once tried to take advantage of me; their only goal was to make sure I had the best possible experience. They took me to a beautiful place for lunch, recommended great local options, and even bought water for me because locals can purchase it at a better price. These small gestures showed thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality. What happened after the tour is what truly convinced me that these are exceptional people. I accidentally left my phone behind and later found myself struggling to recover it. When the driver was contacted, he immediately stepped in to help. At around 3 a.m., he woke up, searched the vehicle, found my phone, and personally brought it to me. He went far beyond anything anyone could reasonably expect. When Mahmoud learned what had happened, he contacted me to ask how I was feeling and whether everything was okay. He was sincerely concerned about my well-being, not because he had to be, but because he genuinely cared. When I asked how I could thank them for everything they had done, the response was simple: “Nothing is needed. We just wanted to make sure you were okay.” That answer touched me deeply. This tour offers much more than historical knowledge and beautiful sights. It offers kindness, humanity, integrity, and people who truly care about their guests. If you are looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, professional, open-minded, and genuinely dedicated to making your experience unforgettable, I cannot recommend Mohammed highly enough. Mahmoud Fawzy and our driver Ahmed were amazing. The tour was unforgettable and probably the best tour we have ever done. Mahmoud as a tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the most memorable lessons in Egyptian history. Saqqara was unexpectedly amazing and extremely impressive, maybe more so than the pyramids. Highly recommend this tour operator. One of our best travel days of our lives.

This is a great private tour where we enjoyed the flexibility and the opportunity to spend enough time at the places of our interest. The driver and tour guide are both super professional and kind, and the tour guide is knowledgeable, so we heard lots of nice introductions and good stories which helped us know this historical country so much.

Great day out - our guide Mahmoud spoke fantastic English and was educated and interesting throughout the whole day - we went to Sakharra in the morning and then the great pyramid in the afternoon with a nice lunch.
