My dad and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mariam and I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and organised. She arrived exactly on time and both her and the driver made us feel comfortable and looked after throughout the day. On the drive to Giza, Mariam was already sharing interesting facts about Cairo, Egyptian history and the pyramids themselves, which immediately got us excited for what was to come. What stood out most was how effortless she made the entire experience. As soon as we arrived, she handled all the admin and ticket arrangements so we could simply enjoy the day. Her knowledge was exceptional and she explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to follow, from the history and construction of the pyramids to the myths, theories and stories behind them. She took us to all the key locations including the individual pyramids, Panorama Point and the Sphinx, but what really made the difference was her ability to navigate the site. She was amazing at ensuring we weren’t constantly bothered by vendors, which allowed us to relax and enjoy one of the world’s most famous landmarks without any stress. I honestly felt more comfortable and at ease than I expected to at such a busy tourist site. A special mention has to go to Mariam’s photography skills. They are genuinely incredible. She knew exactly where to stand, the best angles, the best backgrounds and how to make the most of the scenery. Some of my favourite photos from the entire trip were taken by her, and she made sure we came away with pictures we will keep for years to come. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give is that by the end of the tour it didn’t feel like we had spent the day with a guide - it felt like we had spent the day with a friend who was proudly showing us her city and its history. That personal touch made the experience so much more enjoyable and memorable. We also appreciated the optional visits to places such as the papyrus workshop. It was genuinely interesting to learn how everything is made and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, which we really respected. Thank you, Mariam, for such a wonderful day. I will be recommending you without hesitation to any friends or family visiting Cairo in the future.

I visited the Pyramids of Giza today as a solo traveller, and I can honestly say that Ahmed made it one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From the moment we started, it was clear that Ahmed's knowledge goes far beyond the surface-level facts you'd find in a guidebook. His explanations were thoughtful, detailed, and perfectly paced — he clearly has a genuine passion for the history and significance of these incredible structures, and that enthusiasm is completely infectious. What really stood out was how he brought everything to life. Standing in front of something as ancient and monumental as the pyramids can feel almost overwhelming, but Ahmed gave context and meaning to every moment, making the experience feel personal rather than just a tick on a tourist checklist. His storytelling turned stone and sand into something I could truly connect with. As a solo traveller, I was a little unsure of what to expect, but Ahmed was attentive, warm, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. He gave me his time generously and made sure I got the most out of every minute. If you're visiting the Pyramids of Giza — especially on your own — I cannot recommend Ahmed highly enough. Amal did a fantastic job as our tour guide today at the pyramids! She was so warm and welcoming! She gave us good advice on timing- our lunch reservation at Khufu’s was for 1pm, so she suggested we start the tour at 9am. The timing was perfect! She gave us great information as we went along, and she knew the BEST places for photos! She’s an amazing photographer! We decided to add a camel ride, so she easily accommodated us and added that great experience to our trip. After our time at the pyramids, she took us to a few stores for some authentic Egyptian shopping. We went to a perfume shop, saw how papyrus is made, a spice shop, and a jewelry shop. It was an absolutely perfect day and every dream we had for our visit to the pyramids was made a reality! Thank you, Amal!!!

It was great experience overall. Amal was a great guide, coordinate well before the pickup, was patient and explained everything really well. Helped us take photos, and gave us great tips for shopping and food after the tour. There was no pressure to visit any shops or factory’s after the tour. If you have only a short time to tour Cairo, this is the best option. I got to do and see all the sites I wanted to, in a hassle free, worry free way. My guide was fantastic - super organised, no waiting in queues, and was so friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend Aasma.
