Order a luxury SUV and...
Order a black luxury SUV to transport us from the Cancun Mexico airport but we received a white SUV. I even was sent pictures from the company of the vehicles that they offer for pick up and all of them were black SUVs except one was a Mercedes van which was still black. Was highly disappointed.

We sincerely apologize that the color of the vehicle did not meet your expectations. Our luxury SUV fleet includes black, white, gray, and gold vehicles. Although most of our fleet is black, vehicle color is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Due to recent bridge construction and heavy traffic in the city, the black SUV originally intended for your service could not arrive on time. To avoid delaying your transportation, we assigned a white luxury SUV instead.
Please be assured that all our vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and among the most luxurious in their category. We understand that the photos created the expectation of a black SUV, and we regret that the possibility of a different color was not explained in advance.

Excellent service.
Very good service, very kind, good communication. They are super attentive to you. They send you emails, they communicate via WhatsApp. They sent me a photo of the van with the license plates and the driver's name. When he arrived, he helped us load our things, he offered us a drink, water, soda. Everything very kind: the climate and temperature were perfect, very good driving, calm, unhurried, very careful not to cause any jolts. With us on the road, we arrived at our destination very quickly.

First-Class Transportation and Service!
Extraordinary service! Truly a professional and reliable company, always attentive and in communication to pick us up at the airport upon arrival and arriving on time and in good form for us at the hotel lobby for the return! And the van was in impeccable condition!
