We scheduled the tour and needed to arrange the transportation in Lisbon from our VRBO to a meeting point downtown. The guide send a What's App text message saying she had too many travelers to pick up and rerouted our pickup point. It is NOT easy to rearrange transport in Lisbon as a traveler. After several back and forth text messages, they cancelled on us (they did return our money). We then went without them and found there is NO need for this tour - we took the train from downtown and purchased our Sintra tickets online and onsite. I thought they provided transport, tickets and site guides, but they do not. Rick Seves travel books outline what we did. I felt they were rude and unforgiving to the idea we had no idea how to navigate the city ... ended up being quite easy. To be clear: I did not take this tour because they cancelled on me - so perhaps the tour is wonderful.
Hello, This review was made for the wrong company, we did not speak to the client, also we only do private tours and we pick up out clients at their hotel in Lisbon. We do not have any female guide working with us. We do not have the product that is mentioned, also we only do private tours, we do not do shared tours. We work quite hard so all of our tours are with great quality. We do not have any female guides as the customer refers in its text. That said I want this review to BE removed from our page.
