イスティクラル モスクに到着したら、モスクと大聖堂の外観の写真を何枚か撮ります。モスクに入る前に、ガイドが中へご案内します。その後、他の旅行者が見学するモスク見学が行われます。モスクに入る際は、イスラム教の規則により靴を脱ぐように指示されており、現地ガイドが案内する他の旅行者を待って見学します。イスティクラル モスクは独立モスクとも呼ばれ、東南アジア最大のモスクで、礼拝者収容人数では世界で 9 番目に大きいモスクです。見学が終わったら、通りの反対側に進み、古い教会を訪れます。
教会に到着したら、外で写真を何枚か撮ったり、ジャカルタの大聖堂のデザインを見ながら見学したりします。大聖堂はモスクの前に建つ古い教会の 1 つで、このエリアはオランダ時代からの歴史があります。このネオゴシック様式の教会は 1901 年に奉献され、同じ場所に再建されました。ジャカルタ大聖堂は、ムルデカ広場、大統領官邸の近く、イスティクラル モスクの前にあります。私たちは一気に見学し、その後観光を続け、記念碑で写真を撮ります。

セルマート・ダタン記念碑 (セルマート・ダタンはインドネシア語で「ようこそ」という意味) は、モニュメン・ブンダラン HI またはモニュメン・ブンデラン HI (「ホテル・インドネシア・ラウンドアバウト」の意味) としても知られ、インドネシアのジャカルタ中心部にある記念碑です。彫刻家エディ・スナルソによって 1962 年に完成したセルマート・ダタン記念碑は、ジャカルタの歴史的建造物の 1 つです。その後、歴史的な基礎としてジャカルタ北部に進みます。シェルターの入り口で、思い出に写真を撮りましょう。

Great intro to many physical and cultural aspects of the city - old and new areas, history, mosque and cathedral, puppet making demonstration. Our guide Gibran set a relaxed flexible pace (it was pretty hot!) and was very knowledgeable. There were many points of interest and photo opportunities.

Great half day exploring Jakarta with Gibran! Gibran was super knowledgeable and told us a lot of very interesting information and history about Indonesia and Jakarta. We had a lovely morning visiting different beautiful and very interesting sites around the city. Jakarta can be intimidating for a first timer but this tour took us to some great places that we had never been able to find on our own. We highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Jakarta! Mohammed and his mysterious driver- the illustrious Mr. Clickman. This city tour was so much fun! I've been on about a half dozen of these throughout my travels; this was honestly the best experience. There is such a wide range of culture, architecture, and history in the city of Jakarta. I had no idea what this place was like when I showed up but after the tour with Mohammed, I really feel like I know the city. Muhammad has a wealth of knowledge, he also did a great job of breaking things down so I could get a grasp of the overall picture. Jakarta is an extremely busy city- a tour is a idea to orientate yourself! Hanny was a lovely tour guide who took us around many of the city sites. Our driver Mr Mann coped extremely well with the heavy traffic and knew many shortcuts! Well worth the money
