On arrival the driver was hard to find. Communication with the dispatcher was difficult. Driver was delayed in picking us up. Driver was great both there and back. Very informative and nice. For departure they scheduled a time for pick up instead of you requesting one. Tried to communicate with the dispatcher about a change in departure time and they said they were unable. Asked to speak to a supervisor and there was none available. Overall the actual taxi service was great. Communicating with dispatch and not being about to modify pick up times is why I will never book this service again.

As the supervisor who personally handled your concerns, I would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your departure transfer. On the morning of your departure, at 9:20 AM, you sent a WhatsApp message stating: "Can you let the driver know we will be ready at 9:40? " At that time, you were advised that your chauffeur was already waiting in the hotel lobby. Our departure transfers include a 10-minute grace period, and despite our policy, we remained on-site for an additional 10 minutes in an effort to accommodate your request. You also requested to speak with a manager. As the manager was unavailable at that moment, I, as the supervisor on duty, personally assisted you. We explained that extending the pickup time further was not possible because the vehicle was scheduled for additional transfers immediately afterward, and we have a responsibility to provide timely service to all of our guests. To provide reassurance, we even sent photographs confirming that your chauffeur was present and waiting at the agreed pickup location. We regret that you were disappointed with our decision. However, our team must apply our scheduling policies consistently to ensure reliable service for every customer. We appreciate your business and wish you safe and pleasant travels in the future.
Our driver Santorini was an amazing driver! He even told us about different sites we were passing as he drove us to the hotel! On time and friendly!

A little hectic finding your driver at the airport. Great trip to the resort though. The way back there was bad traffic and that was pretty interesting. The driver also decided to take us on a random tour of Falmouth without asking and without it even being a way to get to the airport. Just wanted to show us the town... It nearly made us late when 10 mins later we ran into the traffic. Driving doesn't seem to have any rules there, so once you hit traffic it's anything goes. He made it on time though!

Regarding the return journey, traffic conditions in Jamaica particularly around Falmouth can be unpredictable due to roadworks, congestion, or accidents. Our drivers are experienced locals who sometimes make brief route adjustments to avoid congestion or, on occasion, to give guests a glimpse of the area. That said, we understand that not all guests prefer this, and we will remind our drivers to always confirm with guests before taking any alternate or scenic routes. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that, even with the challenges, the driver ensured a timely arrival. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to improve our service. I had THE BEST Time! Went to celebrate my sistar’s BIG 50! The resort had everything we needed! The privilege representative. SASHA set the bar on customer service❤️ she was the most patient and the kindest young lady we met. Our rooftop had the “perfect” view. The hot tub was clean and fully operable, The privilege lounge is definitely the place to be!!! The food was by far the best I’ve had on any resort and to top it off….. our Butler CARLTON gave us STELLAR service🤩🤩He went above and beyond! He was a very accommodating and respectful young man. Although this particular resort doesn’t actually “assign” a butler to you, we never missed a beat. Carlton was Johnny on the spot!! He even checked in to make sure we were being taken care of when he was off the clock. As a travel agent, I will most definitely recommend this location. Make sure to ask for Carlton & Sasha! They were JAMAZING AND JAMTASTIC! You WONT regret it!

When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful lady who was so friendly and helpful. He asked if it was her first time here and I told her it was and I was interested in doing this clear kayak photoshoot and she immediately connecting me with somebody that does that! Then our driver Peter got us to our resort in no time! During the drive, he was extremely knowledgeable about the island and gave us tips and history on the areas we drive by! Both were very professional with excellent above and beyond service!

Oh my God It's the best place i've ever been beautiful, the staff were beautiful kind knowledgeable. The weather was gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful comfortable. Our lovely room attendant [Shamieka] was the best, we just loved her. My sister and I. We went to the buffet every day and Ricardo was our waiter. Most of the time, He's the player, lol and what a lovely, lovely young man.

Couldn’t find the driver initially took about 20 min. Called company and operator couldn’t find my confirmation number. I gave it to her and she tried to tell me I booked incorrectly for Kingston airport not MBJ. I said I’m looking at it it says MBJ. Where’s the driver. I told her I also got a confirmation call yesterday. She said “from this number??” Eventually driver was found but I was very panicked as this was a gift for honeymooners.
