Fabrizio was a fantastic tour guide who is from Palermo and provided a lot of history, engaged us to learn about the culture, and introduced some nice street food. He was very personable, funny, and professional. I would recommend this tour.

Fabrizio, a local Sicilian guide, delivered the goods in every way. He was charming, engaging, funny and knowledgeable. We walked away with knowledge of the history and customs of the city, not to mention the terrific local food. Highly recommended.
This was a delicious and historical introduction to Palermo that informed our whole stay. Our tour guide, Fabrizio, who was born and raised in the city, was a wealth of information and hospitality. We had a few questions before the tour and Fabrizio got back to us quickly. Fabrizio recommended where to park and even gave us great recommendations for restaurants during our stay. The tour meeting point was easy to find. The food tasting included so many of the street foods we had read about. We are travel agents on vacation and highly recommend this tour!
Great local guide, gave a personal touch! I was not that excited with the food itself. It is advisable NOT to have breakfast before this tour. A bit overpriced, like everything in Italy.

If you’re going to do one tour, this is the best one to book. I learned about Fabrizio through WeArePalermo site. He immediately answered my email re: vegetarian options. What’s unique about Fabrizio is his humorous storytelling in weaving history and current culture. The whole group laughed as we listened to the insights on the locals views on the parking and construction. He introduced himself as a source of anything in Palermo, so I asked him to arrange an airport transfer for an early AM departure. A driver dressed in business attire arrived at 5am in a van! Grazie Fabrizio! My positive regard for Palermo is mostly from interacting with him. You get what’s described and so much more--Fantastico!

Very informative tour. Host Fabrizio was very generous, patient and knowledgeable. Our family group really enjoyed everything about this tour. Sample tastings of many street foods and opportunities (and time) to buy anything else you desire along the way. Fabrizio offered many recommendations and was happy to be contacted for further information etc before or after the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Fabrisio was fun and informative. Great historical buildings and fun facts about Sicilians. Enjoyed the food tasting. 10:30-1:30 was very hot and busy. Might have been better earlier.
