The meeting point address listed on Viator is the drop off point on Nusa Lombongan not the Sanur Ferry Harbor. You will need to pick up your boarding pass from the building next door to the ferry terminal in Sanur. The ferry company gave us boarding passes for the 10AM boat instead of the 9AM that I had booked. They didn’t acknowledge the change until after I asked. They then said it was too late to make the 9AM (it was 8:15, they hadn’t started boarding) and that our 10AM boarding passes were actually for 9:30. We left closer to 10AM. The ferry terminal is chaotic but it looked like other providers did a better job ushering their passengers through the chaos.
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review. You forgot to mention that we gave you the meeting point on the chat service a day before in which you confirmed. For the boarding, please check again. We didn't leave the port closer to 10. It's not possible because the harbour master will definitely won't let us delay for that long at Sanur port because other boat would use the dock.
