Amazing Hanoi city tour.
It was an amazing experience. Mr. BEN, our tour guide is Great. He has a in-depth knowledge of Vietnam's history, has good sense of humor, and a profound concern for the safety of the tourist.

It was a while lot of FUN. Amazing places, food, and guide.
The whole trip was a lot of FUN. Almost everything was free including the hotel pick up, lunch, transpo, entrance fees, and travel back to the hotel. The guide (Mike) was so helpful as well. While biking earlier, unfortunately, our bike’s rear wheel was broken. He was there, helping us carrying the bike. And of course, the places we visited were awesome. All in all it was really an amazing trip. Very recommended.

Breathtaking Vietnam
Huge shoutout to Mike for being an incredible guide! Our bike broke down in the middle of exploring, and Mike went above and beyond to get us back on track. He handled the situation perfectly, keeping the energy high and the trip very organized. Despite the hiccup, we had so much fun. If you want a guide who truly cares about his guests, Mike is your guy

Excellent Guide and Reservationist; Great value; Must do
EXCELLENT tour. Ms. Anna from Ninh Binh Getaway (an affiliate) helped up arranged this day tour. Communications with the tour guide started the day before as to meeting times. Our first stop was at the Incense Village, where we learned how incense are made and had many IG photo ops! Afterwards, we went to lunch at restaurant on Train Street. We had the restaurant to ourselves and our sitting was overlooking the train street! It was another IG photo op! The lunch was very delicious. We then went to various sites around Hanoi, such as Hoa Lo prison (i.e., French occupancy, Vietnam War), Temple of Literature (Confucius temple), Tran Quoc Pagoda where the large bodhi tree is a direct descendant from the one that Prince Siddhartha (the Buddha) achieved enlightenment, and then visited a shop with for egg and coconut coffee. It was a long day but it went pass quickly. Excellent value.

Amazing Experience With Tiger – Highly Recommended!
We had an amazing day exploring Hanoi with our guide, Tiger. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Tiger explained the history and culture in a way that was easy to understand and very interesting.
One of the best parts was how thoughtful he was — he took beautiful photos for us at every location and helped us capture wonderful memories from the trip. He also made sure we had enough time at every stop and never felt rushed.
Tiger is professional, kind, and truly passionate about his work, and it really shows. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Hanoi.

worth the trip
it was an excellent experience.. and to top it all of they also trustworthy. we forgot an item in the bus and they went out of their way to drop it back to our hotel. very much much appreciated
