Thomas the pogi is really excellent tour guide. He is patient to took our photos. He explains very well about the places we been to visit . Highly recommend him as your future tour guide.
Awesome tour with our guide Mac who I would highly recommend. Mac was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The train street and incense experience was amazing.
My mom and I just finished an incredible tour of the Incense Village and the famous Train Street, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. It’s hard to find tours that are truly comprehensive without feeling exhausting, but this was perfectly paced—we got to soak in the stunning colors of the incense sticks and the unique buzz of the train tracks without ever feeling rushed. Beyond the experience itself, we really felt like we got our money’s worth. Every moment felt well-planned, and the value we received for the price was exceptional. Our guide, Devin, was so incredibly nice and friendly, and made sure both my mom and I felt comfortable and well-cared for. It was so helpful having someone so knowledgeable who also shared such great local recommendations with us; it’s really helped us plan the rest of our time here. If you’re looking for a special experience to share with a loved one in Hanoi, I couldn't recommend this tour more!
