Our tour guide Kelvin was amazing! He sent us messages in advance to organise pick up and the logistics of it all. He answered all our many questions about culture and history with a smile, took wonderful photos of us, and showed us in detail the process of making incense (we even made our own). The train street visit was super cool! From tasting different types of coffee to watching the train passing by so close to us. Our driver was great as well. Highly recommend the tour!

Touring experience of Xiangcun, Zhongcun, and Douli Village
Thomas is a wonderful person, his photography skills are impeccable, he took beautiful photos for us under the hot sun, his aesthetic sense is also great, and he even guided our poses, patiently explaining the craftsmanship of spice and hat making, he is humorous and witty, the driver is a master driver, we slept soundly in the car 🤣, a happy day!

A day trip to Xiangcun and Zhongcun
The luckiest part of this trip was meeting the guide Thomas. He is knowledgeable, has excellent photography skills, and his explanations are lively and interesting. More importantly, his service is meticulous and thoughtful; he is always smiling and answers every question, which made us feel very relaxed. Very happy, highly recommended!

Amazing hosts and a great experience!
Thomas and Daniel were amazing hosts for our half day Incense Village and Train Street tour. They were warm, friendly, welcoming and great vibes all round. They explained how the incense is made, which made the experience even more interesting.
They also took beautiful photos of us with a professional camera and told us how to pose which made things so smooth. We really appreciated them looking after our bags too. The door-to-door pick-up and drop-off was especially convenient as we were staying outside the Old Quarter, and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend Thomas and Daniel for a fun and memorable experience in Hanoi.
