The best thing about the day was Tom, our guide who gave us so much understanding into Poland and its culture. It was great to see different things in Poland. The visit to Zakopane was a bit disappoinment because I expected to go walking in a beautiful nature but it was just a tourist place full of tourist shops. Overall the day was worth it but not what I expected.

Our trip to Zakopane was fantastic,Thomas was our guide and he gave us lots of history of zakopane and lots about the history of Poland,I had my Grandaughter with me and Thomas made sure it was also kid friendly,all round great trip with a great guide,thankyou Thomas ☺️

This was an awesome tour. We enjoyed all aspects of everything we did. I would do this tour again anytime.

Great variety of experiences in one day. Really enjoyed the whole day. The thermal baths were clean and very well maintained. Transportation incredibly clean and high end. Dawid, our Driver, was helpful and informative. Highly recommend especially after the somber nature of the essential educational experience we did of the salt mines and Auschwitz-Birkenau, the day before.

Pickup and process were punctual and well organized. Sufficient breaks, good explanations. Vehicle for 6 people was uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. Zarkopane as a place is quite terrible. Thermal spa is very good.

Dawid picked us up right at our door which we truly appreciated. He drove us to our first destination in Chocholow, a lovely little town known for their wooden houses. Next we stopped to taste some local cheese and vodka. Both were delicious. Then on to Zakopane to ride the funicular to the ski resort. The views were breathtaking. Our driver was very knowledgeable in explaining about all the areas. The thermal baths were amazing though they really weren’t what we had expected. The drive itself through this beautiful land was well worth visiting.

A wonderful day out with a great guide, Dawid was knowledgeable and friendly. Communication from tour operator for Pick up was clear and easy. Zakopane was a beautiful town where we got a couple of hours to explore. Only downside was we had to leave thermal baths as could have stayed longer !

Julia our tour guide was so lovely, she looked after us all day and made sure we understood everything like where we were going and where to meet etc. the tour was amazing from start to finish, cannot recommend these guys enough!

A full day excursion led by a friendly and knowledgeable guide who was also a good driver. The time devoted to each activity was about right. It was good to visit and learn about this beautiful area and a gin and tonic from the outdoor swim up bar at the spa was fun.

The trip was well organised. We were picked up on time by our guide and he made everyone feel comfortable. Everything was well timed. Great views of the Tatra Mountains at zakopane and highly enjoyable trip bathing at the Chocholow Thermal Springs. My son loved the slides!
