My all-day tour through the beautiful countryside north of Rome was enhanced greatly by the many tips and insights that my guide, Alex, shared with me along the trip. When you are a senior solo traveller and somewhat introverted you can often feel uneasy. But Alex, whose English is impeccable, is naturally a sharing person and made the experience so much more enjoyable through a near continuous conversation. His knowledge of the flora and fauna of the countryside made the day especially fulfilling. Being of an advanced age he was always thoughtful about the matter of bathroom breaks. All in all, a most memorable day around the sunny Italian countryside. I recommend Alex especially for the senior traveler.
