One of the coolest zip lining experiences in terms of the views - going through the canyon in the second half with the waterfall was awesome! It was also very convenient because it started and ended at our resort (hacienda guachipelin). However, it felt much more like a zip lining factory than a tour or experience. We had 4 adults and 4 young children zip lining for the first time. On other zip lining tours I've done, we have. A dedicated guide and a small group of 10-14 people max and you felt safe and not rushed. This experience was more like a zip lining factory where we lined up and were rushed through each line. Most of the time we started the line before the person ahead of us was even off. There was 1 worker at points doing both the push off AND take off, sometimes missing people coming in from the Tarzan swing. It felt understaffed. We waited on the other side of the Tarzan swing for a long time with scared kids while apparently waiting for someone to come man the next zip line. Although it was really cool, I didn't feel like it was completely safe.

This is an amazing experience. The staff is terrific, the facilities superb,the food is superior. It's our Third time. It's never enough.

Length of the tour was only 1 hour But the promise was for 2 hours You guys lied for the sake of money Should refund half my money

It was the best zip line tour we’ve ever done! It was super long, beautiful & fun!! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they told us not to bring our cell phones & then tried to sell us a photo/video package.

We stayed at the Hacienda Hotel Gauchipelin for a few days and on our last day we signed up to do the Canyon canopy tour. Because it was late in the day it was just my son and I on the tour. Three guides Edward, Brayan and Harroll were excellent! They pointed out animals to us, they were patient and we had a lot of laughs. They encouraged us to zip upside down and hands free! My entire trip to Costa Rica, I kept saying “this is amazing” but this small group of canyon canopy tour was truly the most amazing part. Adrenaline pumping, great views and doing something that scares you just a little bit. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Loved this tour! Unexpectedly beautiful course through a gorgeous river canyon, including a rock climb and rappel, Tarzan swing across the canyon (!!), and 9 zip lines! Wonderful friendly team. A not-to-miss experience.
Fantastic experience! The guides are friendly, helpful, skilled and funny. We also did the horseback ride and white-water tubing and had the same exceptional experience. We would all go back again.

There were a ton of zip lines to enjoy; I think 9 in total! We began with the longest line, and went through several more than just zip lines. There was a narrow 'canyon' in which we rappelled down and then used hand and foot holds to clim back up, as well as a Tarzan swing. My 7 YO son was terrified, so the staff allowed him to 'zip' tandem with me. It was a really fun experience.
