Kat was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about everything on the tour and more. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone who is staying in San Francisco for a couple of days.

This was such an informative tour and we abs loved it. So glad we had time for it! The boat ride there was a little crowded tho.

Tour guide for Muir woods and Sausalito was superb. Made the trip really interesting. And funny. Very knowledgeable.

Very disappointing customer service — no flexibility despite airline-caused travel disruption I paid $318 for this tour, scheduled for September 4, 2026, and was extremely disappointed with how the tour operator handled an unexpected airline disruption. My American Airlines flight was rebooked because the airline was short-staffed for crew, which was completely outside of my control. I contacted the tour operator the day before my scheduled tour and also contacted Viator to explain the situation. I provided my rebooked flight information as documentation and asked to simply reschedule the tour for September 5, the following day. I was not asking for a refund. I had already paid $318 and still wanted to take the tour. I was simply asking for the company to work with me because of an airline disruption that I could not have anticipated or prevented. The tour agent requested an additional $160 to reschedule. Unfortunately, the tour operator refused to reschedule me. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly because I gave notice before the tour date and provided documentation showing why my travel plans had changed. I have booked with Viator for years and have never had an experience like this. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there are already other negative reviews on Viator regarding this tour operator, and unfortunately, my experience raises similar concerns about customer service and flexibility. I understand that tour companies have policies, but there should also be some consideration for legitimate airline disruptions when a customer gives advance notice and is simply asking to move the reservation to the following day. For $318, I expected much better customer service and a reasonable effort to accommodate the situation. Sadly, I cannot recommend this tour operator based on my experience.

Alcatraz portion could have been booked separately but was worthwhile. Dustin was a great tour guide - friendly, funny and informative. Muir Woods was beautiful. Sausalito stop was a little underwhelming- maybe because it was raining. Glad we saw these sights!

I had a problem with this tour, The problem was not the vendor, but with Viator. Our printed out tickets for 4 people showed 9:45AM, but when we were not picked up as indicated, I called the vendor. They came and picked us up, but said that they have never had a 9:45AM pick up time.!!! They said the correct time was 9:00AM!!!!

Ben was amazing and made our tour a great experience. He went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and kept us informed every step of the trip. My daughter and I had a blast and SO happy we went on tour.

Our tour was great!!! Robert was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a wonderful day!!

Muir woods and sausalito had sufficient time for a quick tour. Comfortable vans to travel with kids ( ac could have been better). Alcatraz was awesome. Overall great experience but the price is steep.

Our guide Robert was excellent. Knowledgeable, funny and extremely patient with the kids (and their many questions) in our group. Communication was good throughout the day.
