The night cruise cost £12 and takes 1hr. Even as cheap as it was this was not worth the money, you can see the city buildings all lit up at night walking along the side of the Danube or travelling on the public transport the only difference is you are on the water. A few reviews say they had a tour guide explaining what you can see, our tour didn’t all the staff wanted to do was to sell drinks. I was concerned as there was no safety instructions about life jackets or where they were, asked one of the staff and they didn’t know where they were and said nothing has happened on our trips. Two thirds of the views were of houses and commercial premises. Definitely don’t recommend this trip.

Unfortunately, the boat is very small with little space on the upper deck and it is covered by an awning anyway. Result: everyone crammed near the railing to take photos.

Chaos for entry, they do not send tickets and they only send you an invoice for a group of 7. Boat very full and with many insects, they advertise an audio guide but it is only an APP.

Not recommended, and not well organised. Better to look for other alternatives maybe they've got it together, at least the basics. They did not give us any audioguide. Also, they left us to wait in a big queue and only at the last moment they asked us to come forward to board and so we got the very last seats.. no instructions that we should have come forward were provided either online, at booking or at the location physically, there was just 1 queue. We were at the specified location on time 10 minutes in advance, as required on the booking details. The view was nice, it was not to blame... so 2 stars only for the view. Generous, really.

I had an incredible experience on board this boat. Everything was perfectly organized, the atmosphere was lovely, and the views were simply spectacular. But the best part, without a doubt, was the service from the waitress Mimi: super friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. She made sure we didn't lack anything at any time and made the trip even more special. 10/10 service! I would definitely repeat the experience.
