The tickets were only $27 each so with respect to that, it was an okay value for the money. However, the seating was a bit chaotic and uncomfortable; the windows were very dirty, making it difficult to get good photos; and it started almost 40 minutes after the booked time. I took my mom on one of these by a different company and it was a way better experience. I’d for sure recommend that next time.

It was okay. The music needs more diversity. Everything on the boat was very expressive. I paid $15 for a small drink.

Unreliable departure & length times. Staff not helpful or friendly or knowledgeable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was a little confusing at first as to which ferry we were going to get on. There was several lines at the pier, and no one was certain which line was ours. The ferry was late coming in, but when we finally boarded the tour went well. We purchased the tickets through Groupon that made a tremendous difference in the price. Therefore we were able to ignore the minor inconveniences. Most importantly, my wife enjoyed herself.

Witnessed the shore staff being very rude to multiple customers, the women’s room on the boat did not work, the glass to view out of was filthy and there was no interaction with the crew. Total waste of money, hope others don’t make the same mistake. This company appears to just want the $ and could care less about the experience.

Just awful. We were initially told to arrive 30 mins early only to be held in a pen under a tiny gazebo like cattle for 30 mins while we watched the staff sit doing absolutely nothing in a large shaded area of the boat. We were then told to empty water bottles to then be sold the most expensive drinks in nyc. The audio on the tour was too quiet so couldn’t hear a thing. Would recommend finding another operator.

I reserved 9/10… there was an email stating an issue with payment… I accessed the link to update the payment not the date of reservation… I will be in NYC 9/10 not 8/31

The journey was supposed to be 1.5 hours but finished in 40 minutes and they didn’t go to all places was supposed to go to and the kept driving very slowly back until they nearly reach 1 hour in the trip. There was not much explanation. The tour was not good at all I don’t advise travellers to take it

We aren’t from NY and had some issues with arriving on time due to the express sub not stopping at our stop. Once we did arrive the cash attend was less than kind. She needs to learn how to address people with respect and manners. Also, the it stated it was 1 1/2 hour, it was as barely an hour. False advertising for sure. Pro was we got to see the Statue of Liberty and a lovely sun set. Wouldn’t use them again!!!

I booked a trip at 5 pm. A call came from from boating company and said it needs to be either 4.30 or 6.30. I chose 6.30 pm and reached 15 minutes before as per general instructions in Viator site. They made us wait till 7.17 p.m. The waiting area was small, very crowded and almost no sitting arrangements. Many families were with Small kids and older persons and the weather was very hot. Finally, the boar came at 7.17 p.m. When the passenger protested the employees said the timing was 7 p.m and 6.30 was boarding time. That was not true or very deliberately miscommunicated. Also, trip was supposed to be for 90 minutes but it was hardly over 70 minutes. All in all, it seemed management was unprofessional and did not pay attention to our concerns.
