They tell you to arrive 30mins before, only to be stood in a queue for 40mins. And then for the excursion to start about 15-20mins late. Which obviously then returned late, almost 25mins. Not great when you have other plans.
Sunset experience, I expect a chill cruise with background music etc. but the boat is blasting pop music. No engagement with the crew, about what to expect, where we were sailing etc. just all felt like get on, blast music, get off.

Dont use them
Shocking experience timings incorrect missed cruise staff said nothing to do with them dont use them plenty others to choose from out of the marina in Benalmadena who are mush better

Absolutely Appalling
Booked yesterday to go on a sunset cruise out of Benalmadena tonight. Ticket said it left at 8.30 Board on the jetty said it left at 8.30 got there no boat only to discover it had left at 8.00. Staff on Dolphin Trip that came in said it had nothing there do with them (same company !!!!) and they could give us a refund rest of staff couldn’t care less. Shocking

Great Sunset Cruise
The staff are so nice its a wonderful atmosphere really relaxed the staff are lovely and you get to see the sunset when your outside on the deck I recommend bringing a jumper because it was cold outside but everything else was perfect
