We had booked 6 spots in May for the sunset catamaran excursion on Sunday, September 20, with the net option, which is more expensive.
We showed up at the pier at 6:20 PM. The person on site gave us the wristbands to allow us to have our spots in the nets and indicated that we were early and to come back in 30 minutes.
We returned 10 minutes before the indicated time and we settled into a net. A few minutes later, a team member informed us that there must be 6 people per net and that our group would therefore be separated. Result: 3 of our friends ended up inside the boat, even though we had paid for an extra option specifically to enjoy the net.
There were 4 nets, meaning 24 spots, but clearly more net options had been sold than there were spots available. We therefore finally had to sit inside to be able to stay all together.
We were very disappointed and especially very angry, especially since the team members showed no understanding or consideration for our situation.
We finally left the boat before the excursion departed, very disappointed with this experience.
A disappointing organization and a lack of respect for the customer. We strongly advise against this activity, especially with the net option.

Sentimos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada, pero nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes sobre lo ocurrido.
La información relativa al horario, al embarque y al funcionamiento de la opción de red fue comunicada previamente tanto en español como en inglés. El catamarán regresaba a las 18:30 h, y el embarque comenzaba aproximadamente 20 minutos antes de la salida.
Ustedes llegaron inicialmente a las 18:20 h y, posteriormente, regresaron aproximadamente 10 minutos antes de la salida, cuando el embarque ya había comenzado.
Nuestro catamarán dispone de 6 redes, con una capacidad máxima de 6 personas por red, y en ningún momento vendemos más plazas que la capacidad total autorizada. Por tanto, no es correcto afirmar que se vendieron más opciones de red de las disponibles.
Cuando llegaron, había espacio en las redes para todos los pasajeros de su grupo, pero la ocupación de las redes se realiza según el orden de llegada. Si un grupo de seis personas desea asegurarse de permanecer juntos en una misma red, es necesario llegar con suficiente antelación al embarque.
Lamentamos que finalmente decidieran abandonar el barco antes de comenzar la excursión. Entendemos que para ustedes era importante permanecer juntos, pero consideramos importante aclarar que se respetó la capacidad del catamarán y de las redes, así como la información proporcionada previamente.

Solo traveler- perfect experience!
I booked this as a solo traveler and felt completely safe and happy throughout. I went on the sunset cruise with DJ and it was such a fabulous atmosphere. The views were to die for and the drinks were reasonably priced.
Don’t be afraid to book this as an individual, you’ll have an absolute ball.

Sunset only!
The sunset catamaran trip allows you to see very beautiful landscapes thanks to the sunset, which creates an interesting play of light that you certainly wouldn't be able to see at other times, also because the coast doesn't have any "special" areas to see. For this reason, I consider the sunset trip the only one worth doing. The staff is friendly and the catamaran is large and clean. I was very satisfied and would do it again.

Incredible views & great vibes!
A super fun and unique experience if you love to dance, drink, and take in the view. The sunset over the water was stunning (perfect photo op) and the DJ was great. Highly recommend for couples or groups of friends looking for a fun evening in Malaga!
