Only outside, we can see the beauty and grandiosity of the basilica. Fantastic inside, and please buy a ticket with audio included as it enriches the visit
Make sure you have tickets downloaded with a Barcode or they won't let you in. Tickets would not download until we sent angry message to Viator.
Unnecessary skip the line ticket. No crowds, no line, no waiting

One of my favorite churches and a visit is a must when in Florence! There are so many well known legends who call Santa Croce their resting place. From Galileo, Dante Aligheri, Marconi, Machiavelli and so many more. The church is beautiful! Plus after the visit you can stop in at the Leather School not far behind the church! Remarkable!
I received an email concerning our participation at the Church of Santa Croce. When arrived I tried to get the tickets. Neither the email nor the app responded. The ticket agent, also, was unable to retrieve the tickets. As a result, we had to pay the admission! This was not the first problem we encountered.
