Can i give this a negative 5? This was horrible. They sent me 2 different tickets and both were refused at the entrance. Attempted to call the tour company and it said the number was out of service. Called viator and they claimed they contacted them and that they sent new tickets. It was the same as what I already had. We only had a 30 minute window to enter and by the time she "contacted " the vendor the entry time was up. The Viator operator talked over us and wouldn't listen to us, kept trying to resolve the ticket that was already USELESS!!! We ended up hanging up on her. Everything else through Viator has been fine but she refused to refund. Horrible experience that has ruined my day. I do not like Florence. Its dirty and smelly and full of thieves. I'll be posting another review of the grumpy old man that served us lunch, which was the icing on the cake for my dislike of the city. Praying Venice is better.
