The park was fine. However booking with this tour company was very difficult, with poor communication. The transfer driver requested payment although we had paid as part of the ticket package - we eventually had to send screen shots to demonstrate we had paid, even though tickets and confirmation had been issued. The gate asked for passports/ID - this was not requested in advance.
